Wrong Nails Inside the Box

Nails received were not as pictured or described. Nails received are ring-shanked. I ordered the same item a second time, thinking that the first might just be a fluke. But I received the same, ring-shanked nails the second time, as well. Model number on box is correct (S16CN5) according to simpson website, but nails inside are wrong.
