It's THICK

The product works great with giving my skin a lot of moisture, but it's very thick a difficult to rub in. The spout also gets clogged very easily.

The product is to thick and won't pump out of the bottle. I think it should come in a jar easy to get at.

pumper took a while to get it to work, but the lotion is amazing!

UPDATE: The pumper didn't work at first, I tried to clean it out, pumped it what seemed to be 1 hundred times and nothing. However, I went to try it once more before sending it back, and it worked...it dispensed just fine. Not sure really how that happened, but it did. The lotion itself is amazing! I love it. Nice and creamy, not oily. I live in the Phoenix Valley of Arizona so we need moisturizers here and this fit the bill perfectly. (Only 4 stars since there was such a hassle getting the pumper to work.)

Smells a little weird

This lotion is really effective and I can feel the difference it is making on my skin. My only gripe is it has a smell that's a little weird but it doesn't smell bad or anything.

Strong artificial scent

This “lotion” really should be considered a body butter because it is so thick. It comes in a bottle with a pump dispenser but I didn’t have any luck using it. I scooped it out into jars, and it’s so thick that after a week, it still has not settled (see pic). It’s a wonderfully silky moisturizer that absorbs quickly and leaves your skin super soft. My only complaint -and it’s a big one- is the scent. It’s AWFUL! The first couple times I tried a small amount, all I really noticed was a strong coconut scent I figured I would get used to, but I was hardly using any at all to be sure my skin wouldn’t react badly. The first time I used a significant amount, enough to coat my hands and lowers arms, the artificial chemical scent was overwhelming! It gave me a headache pretty quickly and I had to wash it off. I actually wish it was possible to provide scent over reviews like we do videos because I can’t believe how strong that perfume smell is on something purported to be “natural”. If not for that, this product would have 5 stars all the way!

Waaay to thick....????

I admit..I'm sooo annoyed with this product. Yes I get it , it's parabean free I believe and all free of those "other ingredients" that shouldn't be nowhere near your skin..but this "in my opinion" " missed the mark" It's so thick that when I do begin to "rub it in" it's a white-ish residue" But I just took some vitamin E oil ( which I ordered from here/Amazon as well and poured about a quarter of an inch into my SheaMoisture Lotion. It helped "some" I was looking for Vitamin E Oil initially anyway. I ordered JASON Vitamin E (45,000 IU) That helped some...but I need a product that's natural yet not overly thick....yet still does the job. Hmmm ???? I refuse to believe I can't have both..and just in case you're wondering.im not overly n2 the JASON product either...it's "okay"...reminds me of Golden colored caster oil IJS But again..not bad..just doesn't "flow" like I thought it would...Maybe I need to dig a little deeper...and find out WHY its/JASON so thick. It could be because the product stays "virgin or untouched" as much as possible so it keeps the consistency of thickness..This goes for the SHEAMOISTURE also.. I'll keep searchin...????

Bottle does not come with the nozzle as advertised

The site shows a bottle with nozzle but the ones delivered to me do not. This cap is not suitable for the lotion as it is not easy to squeeze out the lotion with this kind of cap.
