Not impressed at all

Despite my best friend recommending this brand and its cool features, I left unimpressed at all. I was under impression that the "extra" cottage would have some sort of attachment to the main unit, but no, it's completely separate and I'm still figuring out where to place it. Another thing is the attachment of the stairs, both don't attach to the house (floor) and always moving. One more complaint is the extra pavement/floor, why didn't they add the attachments as well? I found them completely useless in that case. And last but least is the quality of the most valuable piece in this set - a car - the body is so thin, I don't think it'll last, and can be broken so easily. P.S. Not even sure why I chose this "country" style of the dollhouses, maybe I was sold because of the bunnies, but there are a lot more stylish and interesting doll houses for the same amount of money. I didn't bother to return the stuff, since it was a gift to my daughter, but she's not impressed with the whole set either.

Good price!

Seems a bit flimsy and all plastic but my daughter loves it. #1 toy for her birthday. If your kid like Calico Critters, they will enjoy this.it has lights but LED is so weak, they are only for play. Not enough to illuminate for show.

My daughter was elated to receive this as a gift. It seemed a bit small for the amount of money we paid, but that rings true for the Calico Critter brand in general. Nice quality. Cute creatures.

They loved it!

gift for a seven-year-old. She loved it. Put it together mostly by herself. Love the fact that you can make multiple different houses with multiple different levels. She loved the car and everything else that comes with it. The versatility really was a winner.

Windows fall out

Bought for my daughter. She loves it. The windows fall out, they are not snug enough and for that much money they should fit. The van is great and love that it can be configured a couple of ways. Wish that the furniture choices had been a little better, but overall a lovely house for her critters!
