Very nice well made

The size 11 are more like 10.5 so don't wear often but they are very well made and comfortable except then ends of my toes. Go up .5 a size and you should be good ????

Good hiking boots

Salomon makes great hiking boots (and other footwear as well). It is light, durable, waterproof, and doesn't break the bank when it comes time to pay for it. I'm pleased.

Boots not fit for purpose

I hike at lease four time a week on the island of Barbados. Wanted a good pair of hiking boots and was told by fellow hikers to try this brand. I was very disappointed wearing them for the first on a 16km hike the laces don’t stay tied. The laces don’t strap high enough to secure the boot to your feet properly, leaving a wide gap for debris to fall in the boot . Trying to tie the laces tight is almost impossible The grip is good but I wouldn’t buy this boot for hiking not suited. Guess what I can’t return this boot because I don’t live in the USA

Started to Leak 9 weeks in

These shoes are very comfortable, light, and waterproof, exactly what I was looking for. These were 4 star shoes the first 8 weeks. My only complaint is the laces. No matter how tight you lace them, they will loosen 40% of the time. Then the right shoe started letting water seep through, 2 weeks later, other started leaking. This is unacceptable for this type of shoe at the price I paid. How long is the gortex in these type of shoes supposed to last? I read 1000 miles. These are at about 350 right now. It’s a Shame.

Metalloese abgebrochen

Absolut untauglich. Qualität ist ungenügend. Beim einfachen Schnüren des Schuhs ist die obere Metalloese abgebrochen. Ärgere mich maßlos und das bei einem Schuh dieser Preiskategorie. Ist das Geld absolut nicht wert. Finger weg!

Gli scarponi vanno bene. L'unica cosa negativa è il prezzo troppo alto, per essere delle scarpe fatte in India. Non che abbia pregiudizzi sull'India o su come lavorano: amo l'India e gli indiani, son sicuro però che la loro manodopera è sotto pagata e che la Salomon potrebbe o pagare adeguatamente gli operai o diminuire il costo del prodotto.

Dreckige Schuhe geliefert

Die Schuhe wurden pünktlich geliefert. Aber leider würden sie schon getragen! Die Sohle ist mit Schotterstaub verschmutzt, und es sind zwei Erdklumpen in der Sohle geklebt. Bei diesen Preis, würde man schon saubere und neue Ware erwarten! Schade, kennen wir so von Amazon nicht!

Bequemer, leichter Wanderschuh

Das schöne bei Salomon, man kann wenn man einmal die richtige Größe gefunden hat blind nachbestellen, bisher egal welches Schuhmodell. Sie fallen alle kleiner aus als üblich, aber das ist dann nicht mehr tragisch. Dieser Schuh ist leicht, hat ein sehr weiches, angenehmes Fußbett, bietet einen ordentlichen Gripp und eignet sich für leichtes Gelände, da er nicht allzu viel Seitenhalt bietet. Für ausgedehnte Runden mit dem Hund in meinen Augen perfekt.
