Most Authentic Costume I Have Found
This was PERFECT for my daughter. She has talked about wanting a Katniss costume all year so I was glad I found this one. We had visited costume stores in hopes to find the right one and ensure the fit was right with no avail. I found this one and ordered it immediately. The fit was perfect, my daughter is 10 and it was not boxy or oversized looking. The length of the pants were perfect and did not drag on the ground. The material is not the greatest quality but was better than I had expected. The pin provided is ok but not great, it is a thin plastic pin that can break if the right pressure is applied to it. For the price point I was surprised that it does not come with the arrow. I knew this ahead of time and ordered one elsewhere.

Honest review no money or free product given
Honestly it's better than I expected. I wear a size medium in clothes and it fits like a glove. If you are a little more on the lump and bump side, you may want to order a large. I am 5'4 and the pants are just a little over my rear. Barely enough to cover but if I bend I will be going as a plumber for halloween instead. The shirt is a little on the short in the mid drift side but it covers well enough. As far as value for the money... I'm over all happy because it's a replacement for a different costume that fell through. Works perfectly as a dark bastila shan replacement. However, it's definitely over priced. This should be on the $25 walmart halloween section with the rest of them. Not $60. It also did not come with the pin as advertised but I'm ok with that because I didn't need it anyway.

Very costumey. My vest came ripped, and my knee pads were higher than my knee caps ????. But I did rhinestone it to give it more appeal it looked way better! ????

Good quality for the $$
If you're shy, the pants leave nothing to the imagination. They are thin and show every lump and bump. Overall, a good costume. I would have liked it to be a little more substantial. I would have paid more for thicker pants.

Creative sewing
I bought this for my teen daughter as a competition costume. I’m a little disappointed, but also ultimately happy with how the end result turned out. All the straps on the costume were pulled away from the seam, the ends were frayed making it difficult to fix. I had to melt the ends and sew the majority of each of the straps down to the body of the costume. The included pin was was not included; therefore, I purchased a patch from another vendor from a different platform. The leggings would have been a great addition; however the knee and shin pads were placed too high… after resewing the entire top I wasn’t about to reinvent the leggings too! We didn’t bother with the leggings at this point. The top; once fixed, looked great! The “armor” looked pretty authentic and was easy to move in. It was a comfortable fitting, zip up the back stretchy top. If you don’t mind putting a lot of extra time into this and know how to sew and can get creative to achieve the look you need… this isn’t a bad costume. If you expect to open the package and put it on and run out to a party…. You may be disappointed. Good luck; and, may the odds be ever in your favor!

Fitting and comfortable but two things I don’t like.
I bough this costume for my Katniss Everdeen Cosplay. It’s fitting, and very comfortable to wear. Everything is nice and came as expected but there were a few mishaps that’s I didn’t quite like. First off, the chest armor. The straps on the chest armor aren’t apt. They don’t fit the shape of my shoulders- their just flappy. And they only way I seem to fix this is pulling the armor down some ever now and then. The second and last con are the knee pads. Mine are not even on both sides. The left pad has stuffing in it and seems to be stretched out properly, while the right pad has no stuffing and is lower in length than the other one. Overall the costume is good besides these two things.

Not true to size, poor quality
I am usually size 0 so ordered the extra small size 2-6 on the chart attached to the product. The to top fit okay but the pants is about3 inches short, and the placement of the padding is off one is on the side instead of front and the knee pad is placed almost to the thigh.

Not worth the money
Ordered the first time and it came ripped. Was super happy at how fast it was returned and a new one was sent right away. Got the second one , my daughter put it on and ripped in strange places. Really unfortunate as it is a super cute costume. For a costume that cost as much as it does shouldn’t be made so poorly. Returning the second one again super happy with the customer service

Perfect outfit for my Hollywood Night party at work. Looks great!
I recently had a work party and the theme was Hollywood movie characters. Since it was a work party I didn't want something too revealing, which Halloween costumes for adult women usually tend to be. This outfit was great. I'm usually a size 10, but let's face it, these outfits are not great quality so it was safer to go with a larger size and this fit perfectly. I'm also tall (5'9'' - 1.75cm), so as expected the trousers were way too short for me (the knee pads were on my thighs) but I wore my knee high black leather boots and no one could see it. Cons are the usual stuff: cheap material, zipper is already starting to detach, and I think the pads are stitched together with a plastic kind of thread because it gets kind of itchy in those areas. It's not too bad though. Overall I'm very happy with it because it looks really good. I got lots of comments from people at the party who thought it was a great outfit.

Top Great but Pants Awfully Small
Everything about this costume was fantastic except the pants were uber cheap, downright terrible and itsy bitsy - in comparison to the top. Let's start with the positive, comes with everything as advertised! The top is great, gives off a realistic/movie look. I even won a Halloween costume contest with this purchase. I used my husband's real archery set, and of course my own pants. The pants. Just take them and throw them in the donation bin for a 10 year old to possibly wear. They were tiny, cheap, ill fitting and see through. No way the top can fit and the pants to be that small?! That didn't stop me though, who doesn't have black pants? I salvaged the 'pads' from the pants and stitched them onto my own pants for continuity of the look. I would recommend this costume for the top! You adorn it with your own stuff, and you too can look like Katniss. Enjoy!
