No lid

As everyone else has said in other reviews, it does not come with a lid. I didn’t read reviews when I bought this. I just skimmed the pictures and assumed a lid came with it. It does not. What kind of world are we living in where that’s a practical business model? It’s a storage container, I’m gonna assume it comes with a lid. Who sells lid superset from their container?! Obviously Rubbermaid. That’s who. Well, lesson learned, and that’s totally on me for not being thorough. I ordered lids and have used them to store home made broth in. I suspect they’re not leak proof because I can hear air hissing out when I press down on the lid. Keep that in mind if you’re looking for 100% spill proof containers. I keep them upright in my fridge/freezer, so I’m not concerned with that. I’d give it a much higher rating if it was a lid/container combo.

Be sure to purchase the corresponding lid at the same time the container is ordered. great to store soup. Wished the lid was a better fit

Perfect for Top Tier of Wedding Cake!

Purchased to hold/freeze the top tier of daughter's wedding cake. (8" round tier). Took it to the venue and the caterer put it in for us. So far, so good 3 months in the freezer with no freezer burn seen.

NO COVER???????

Why do you have pictures w/the cover but do not make any Notations or pictures to show that cover must be purchased separately??? Misleading, even the receipt showed photo of cover but..... now that I am looking at the order it shows it without the cover. This is not a container that I would use a bucket. Containers have covers. So confused by this..... All my other containers(Tupperware) have the covers that was pictured w/them. Need to change this listing please. I really want the lid but now I have to order and wait for that??? this is a disappointment b/c I really need the cover now.

The lid advertised as fitting this container does not fit.

The overall quality of both the container and the size “small” plastic lid which I purchased separately is great. The problem is the lid, which is advertised as fitting this container, fits the opening but does not snap on to the container-it only sits on top. You quite literally could tap it off with your finger. If tipped over, the lid would come off and the contents of the container would spill out. I have purchased other larger containers from this company which have tight fitting lids and they work great. Unfortunately I had to return both the container and lid.

Does not come with lid but a good quality bucket

When you look at all the pictures one would assume that this product comes with the yellow lid..... it does not! Nowhere in the ad does it say "lid not included". It is very misleading to the people who are purchasing it with the intent of needing a lid... i mean who wouldn't want a lid?! My bucket also came scuffed and scratched in many places. Will be returning. BUT as for the quality of the bucket - it's great quality. (I would be using it to proof dough, so the next comments are for that purpose)... the bucket is strong, you can hold it tightly in one arm and it keeps it strength. You can also put pressure on the rim and it does not collapse... if it only came with a lid!

Why show an item with images of a lid when there is no lid. Nor is there a mention to buy lid separately. Not impressed at all!!

Storage container

I returned this item as it shows with a lid and even mentions easy to stack with lids..it does not have a lid, has to be purchased separately, but it is not shown as an option to buy. I got a replacement, no lid, so returned them both.
