Another great boot!

Another great boot, from Rocky. I have been buying Rocky boots for about 30 years, from Black duty boots in the 90's, to hunting boots, walking boots/shoes, and hikers. I can reliably order Rocky boots online, as I know my size, and width, and they always fit. Read several reviews of this boot that complained about fit, and since it is a 6" boot height was concerned. They arrived, and fit GREAT right out of the box!

Uncomfortable

I think it is cause there the 8in tops but they are very uncomfortable around the ankle area. Great traction. And quality I'dgo with the 10in tops

Uncomfortable

As other people have stated, this size height of the rocky bearclaw boots has a very uncomfortable knot where the inside of the tongue of the boot comes together and creates a spot that digs into your ankle. I bought these because I had purchased the 200 gram insulated version of these that are a little taller and are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had but these are definitely not the same level of comfort. Sending these back and getting another pair like what I’ve got now

Poor design that hurts

These boots would be absolutely amazing BUT where the tongue is attached to the inside of the boot it creates a large bump that applies pressure to the inside of the top of your foot that hurts like really bad. Very disappointed and a pricey loss
