Works well

I hated always having to ask my wife to button up my sleeves on my dress shirts or to unbutton them as well. It became more of an issue when she could not attend a business trip so I bought this tool and am satisfied with it to button up my sleeves for a dress shirt under my suit without needing someone to help out. Would buy again and should have bought this type of tool sooner!

Just what I needed

I didn't even realize that, for the most part I've been buying clothes that didn't button zip, lace or tie. But on days when I do wear something that does, it's been taking up to 10 minutes extra because I can't get it done. It's even caused me to miss my ride to work, and I'm often the last to leave because I can't get my coat buttoned. This worked best for the smallest buttons. I got a blouse buttoned in under a minute, when it's been taking at least 10 (popping it over my head, with half the buttons already done.) It might take a bit more effort to use it with the left hand, but mostly because I was confused about which way to turn it. (I'm ambidextrous.)

Some others I have tried have a bulky handle, this one has a slim handle. Does job quickly!

Perfect for arthritic fingers!

I bought this for my 80-year-old father because his arthritic fingers were struggling to button his shirts. He loves it! It works perfectly, and it made him so happy. One of the hardest parts of aging is the fear of losing one’s independence. This small, inexpensive item restored a meaure of my dad’s dignity. For that, it’s worth it’s weight in gold. As a buttoning aid, it is worth every penny.

Does the job

Bought for my father who was beginning to have problems buttoning his shirts. He says it does the job! Glad now that my mom doesn't have to hear him cussing over it ;)
