Hard to Use, I had an Allergic Reaction

So I bought this to replace the wide pro tape. I use it on my back. I've been using KT for several years now. This was the most difficult version of KT tape that I've ever used. I had to throw out the first 3 attempts to put it on. Don't know what the issue is but I will definitely not be using them on my back. I did use it on my knees hoping the extra adhesive would stop it from falling off. It did stick well but after just several hours when I went to take it off I discovered a massive rash anywhere this particular tape was on my body. I assume I'm allergic to the "Extreme" adhesive they use for this. I will be sticking with my Pro tape from now on. Pretty expensive for something I can't use.

KT pro tape lasts several days even with a shower. No glue residue when removed.

No glue residue when removed which a problem which is a problem I’ve had with off brand tape. I wore elastic knee sleeves on both knees for years when I played golf. I switched to KT tape about three years before my total knee replacement in October 2020. I continue to use the KT tape for support and protection when I play golf. In my opinion the KT tape is superior to the elastic knee sleeves I used to wear. retired orthopedic surgeon.

Pretty good.

Not sure if its all in my head but I definitely like the extreme over the pro. I have patellafemoral pain syndrome (runners knee) and use this on my legs every other day and really does help with the pain. Usually only lasts 2 straight days before it get all icky and starts peeling off or falling apart but you can make it last up to 3 days if you cut off the parts that are falling off.

Wonderful product

My husband started using this shortly after being told he needed a knee replacement. That was 3 years ago and using this tape has made a tremendous difference. We've recommended it to anyone who was having pain.

Has literally saved my knees.

This tape is incredible. I’m hypermobile and suffer badly with subluxing knees. The tape holds my joints together and it means I can sleep in my bed instead of in a recliner. It means I can walk further and therefore helps me keep fitter. The tape stays on 4-5 days, showering every day and the larger rolls are excellent value. They stay on, but don’t damage my quite fragile skin when I take it off... as long as I’m gentle.

Very sticky and helpful

I found these really helpful for my knee and shoulder injuries. I was using a lot of tape so I got the big size of it. The tape is stickier than a lot of kinesiology tapes that I've used in the past. My one complaint is that it leaves sticky residue which is really hard to get off your skin but I think I'd rather have that than one that doesn't stick well enough.

Very bad purchase, I will not buy that again

It is advertised with 150 strips, the box I received contains only 125 strips. Attention to Canadian buyer: I had to pay 30.92$ for duty fees! Very bad purchase, I will not buy that again.
