This is a cheap product, but it gets the job done when you don't want to spend a lot of money on replacement window hardware. The only issues I've run into so far is that the paint work is rather poor (some spots are bare metal where the manufacturer clearly forgot/failed to spray the entire piece), and one of the packages I received did not have mounting screws (the other did) i.e. poor quality control. Bottom line: they work! Good enough for me at this price point.

better than nothing I guess

These handles did not fit and required grinding to allow them to properly close the casement windows. The white paint on the screws was peeling upon receipt and of course more flaked off while installing them. One of the 4 handles had a very bumpy finish. That said - I agreed with another reviewer who described similar problems when he said that unfortunately, he couldn't find anything else out there.
