both packages were opened , it looked like they had been sold before and returned they both looked new but don't expect to receive products from amanzon like that.

mounting screw was not provided and it doesn't fit the removed roller. The roller assembly was not smooth

Fit like a glove. And made wife very happy.

My wife had trouble opening our sliding glass door so it was placed on the honey do list. After removing the old one's, doing some measurements, and taking some pictures of the roller assembly, I went up to the local hardware stores to be disappointed. Came across these on here which very closely resembled the originals and the dimensions where spot on. Although the shipping time was about a week, they came in a couple days. Swapping them out was quick and painless. They fit like a glove and once adjusted, work perfectly. Needless to say, the wife is very happy. Installed for about a month now and still rollin along.

Mobile home vinyl sliding doors AWESOME!

We have a 2000 double wide Redman mobile home. Finding quality parts for these , is generally frustrating and expensive. We thought what the hay , if they don't fit we will send them back. We at first thought they would not work as they were bigger than original parts. They worked! That being said we did have to use a smaller screw for the hole that holds the unit to the door, luckily my hubby is a screw pack-rat and we had two. Now our door is smooth as butter, thank you Prime Line Products. Great product great price.
