The mechanical lock mechanism didn't last long!

*** Update *** OK, I never heard back from the manufacturer, but they did send a latch mechanism, so I'll add a star, they did stand behind the warranty after all. It would have been nice if they just sent an email stating they were sending it... The lock worked fine for a little over a year, then the entire latch mechanism came apart and rendered it useless! Worse yet, the latch stuck out and we couldn't get the door open. It was only the fact that we had access to the hinges and could remove the door by removing the pins that allowed me to get the defective lock off the door! I send in a warranty request as the mechanical part of the lock is supposed to have a 25 year warranty. However, all I hear is crickets, apparently there's not much interest in people that have already purchased.

Slightly difficult to get interior flush with door

Though it doesn't have Bluetooth in this particular model, it is very easy to use and set slash reset. The installation instructions are definitely not the best by far and one should be aware that some correction to the door and jamb may be necessary for accommodation of the plates. Also; tucking the wire INSIDE the door was necessary to get it to sit properly as well as using a more powerful drill to sink the plate on the interior.

Very nice

I bought this for my son's room because his sister's kept breaking in and touching all his stuff. He is a teen now also and I feel he needs privacy. I wanted something he can lock even when he's just going into the bathroom but not have to worry about a key. Plus if I need to enter I can with ease. Highly recommend a nice price, very sturdy, and easy to install!

Not thrilled with lock features

Dislike that I must unlock from the inside every time I want to go out the door and the lock feature activates very quickly. Wish there was a way to delay that. But it does work

Very nice lock with minor peeves for me.

Installed this on a back door to my garage. The install was simple enough, the lock looks great and I like that the knob and keypad are on one plate. My single issue with this lock is that the automatic Re lock is so quick!! I barely have time to close the door before it relocks on me. I would prefer it if it had a longer pause period between unlocking and relocking. I would also like to be able to simple turn the knob to open the door from inside instead of having to unlock it every time. So ok, not a single issue... double issues. But still works well and I don’t have to worry about anyone getting locked out bc they forgot their keys or the power went out and the garage doors couldn’t be opened with that keypad.

like Fort Knox!

I put this lock on my closet where I store my guns and ammo. I have bought other automatic door locks from lowes for more $$ but this was a steal for about $30 less. I can enter a 8 digit code that my children will never figure out. When the lock engages my door is rock solid! install was easy. I would have had no issues paying more for this lock due to the overall quality.

Push button style better than flat Digital keypad.

I originally ordered a similar style combo lock door knob. The original one had a Digital keypad. The digital keypad was difficult to enter combo because I would often accidentally touch an adjacent number, rather than the number I was intending to press. I decided to go with this push button style on account it’s much easier to press intended number because buttons are spaced out better. This combo lock door knob has a self-locking feature. Highly recommend.

Disappointed.

Really disappointed in the look and quality of the inside knob. The first picture is from the Amazon page from which I picked and purchased the doorknob, it looks like a very nice quality metal knob. The second picture is what I got, it's very cheap feeling plastic and not at all the quality that it looks like you're getting. The doorknob functions as it should, but the inside and outside look like two very different knobs. I can't say I'd recommend buying this.
