Only 3 pieces, so very easy to put together. And they weren't kidding when they talked the brightness. I have mine in the corner of my room and the light covers the entire room in the same brightness. Like no weaker spots anywhere which makes me grateful for the adjustable brightness. Granted, it's a little tricky at first

Gets the job done next to a chair on hard floor
This Consciot flexible floor may be just what you need next to your recliner that is on a hard floor, but for everyone else, it has limitations. This flexible floor lamp comes in a compact box in several different parts. The top of the lamp is the actual lamp connected to the flex portion. The flex portion is kind of a silicone rubbery material with some kind of metal interior, probably. A button control is at the bottom of the flex portion and the power cord dangles from it. To assemble, you hand tighten the pole parts one by one to create the lamp. The last pole part screws into the metal circular base. The power cord does dangle outside of the lamp pole. Many other floor lamps that I've used run the power cord wires through the hollow pole pieces, but for this lamp the slim wire is outside the lamp. There are 3 plastic clips included to help secure the wire next to the pole. The AC adapter does disconnect from the rest of the power wire. Once it's assembled the operation is straightforward because there is only 1 button. To turn it on you hit the button. Hit the button again and again and it will cycle from 3000K (soft white) to 4000K (more white light) to 5000K (close to daylight) to off. If you press and hold the button for a few seconds it will start to get brighter and brighter until it dims way down to nearly off before ramping up again. If you leave it at say, 50% dim and then tap the button to cycle through the different levels of white light to off, the next time you turn on the lamp it will start at the 50% dim level. When you are moving the flex neck around, the lamp will be around 4 feet tall, give or take. The quality of the light is clear and I do like that you can cycle through the white levels because the 4000K and 5000K are nice for reading during the day for work stuff, while using the 3000K to read before bedtime is more comforting. So why 3-stars? Well, there are shortcomings. I'm not a big fan of the power wire being outside the pole. It doesn't look great and its easier to get caught on things if you have to move the lamp a little bit here and there. While it's easy to use, I just don't like the 1 button operation for everything. I would much rather prefer two buttons. 1 button to cycle through the white settings and changing dimness, with a second button strictly for power. This would allow you to at least plug in the lamp to a smart plug so you could turn it on and off with a voice assistant. Plus, it's just better to break up all of those functions across at least two buttons, if not three buttons. Finally, the metal circle base is not that big. If you stretch out the flex neck as far away from the pole as possible, it will stay upright on hardwood or tile floors. But if you stretch it all the way out on carpet, the lamp falls over if you basically just blow on it. It's a total hazard. If you want to use this lamp on carpet you can really only use it if you keep the flex neck closer to the pole. So who should buy this lamp? If you read a lot on a chair or recliner, and that recliner is already on a hard, flat floor, then this will be just fine for you. But for everyone else it's hard to give this lamp a universal endorsement even though the actual light is versatile and pleasing to the eye.

A useful reading lamp with a few design issues
I'm not very coordinated, but by relying on the little mnemonic my husband taught me, "righty tighty, lefty loosey," I had no trouble putting this LED reading lamp together. It also helped that this is a very lightweight lamp that is easy to pick up and move around. It has three metal bars that form its pole, and it is up to the individual consumer how tall to make this lamp. It can either be short enough to place on top of a desk, or a little bit higher for sitting on a bedside table, or the maximum height as a floor lamp. Note that, at its tallest level, it is not as high by at least 2 feet as a regular floor lamp. I assume that's because it is meant to only be used for reading or working on craft projects while sitting in a chair, rather than potentially as a standard floor lamp for lighting a room as well. It has a very bright, concentrated light in contrast to a typical floor lamp, which softly and diffusely lights up a whole room. The entire design of this lamp is sleek, modern and attractive, other than the ugly power cord that spoils the otherwise appealing appearance of the lamp. I would myself would have much preferred that this lamp have the type of pole and base through which the power cord could have been threaded in order to prevent the unsightly mass of thin, spidery cord that hangs all over it. With a bit more attention to design, this could have been easily possible, because the multiple parts of the pole are all hollow. But because of the way the cord hangs off the top, gooseneck part of the lamp, there is no possible way that the cord could fit inside the pole. At least, however, this lamp comes with three little plastic hooks that attach to the pole and grip the cord, holding it close to the pole. Unfortunately, however, the cord is extremely long, so I had to accordion-fold at least half of it and use the black twist-tie that came with the cord to secure it a little less untidily than allowing it to sprawl all over the floor. The design of the power plug that goes with the cord is very different than what is standard in the USA, so I am assuming this lamp is foreign made. The cord has a prong on its end that must be inserted into a separate short cord that hangs off the power plug. As advertised, this lamp has a dimmer switch so that the user can control the brightness of the light. Its gooseneck also works very well. Overall, this is a decent reading lamp that many consumers will find quite useful.

Great LED light
The LED is good and can be assembled in a couple of minutes. I love the feature that allows me to change the color temperature. While it stated that it is super bright with 2400lm, somehow I found it not as bright as the other LED light that I have which is 2000lm. Anyway, the light works great for my bedroom.

Amazing, lights up the whole room!!!!
This light is amazing. My apartment came with a very bright flourescent overhead light that was giving me migraines. I needed something that could light the whole room. I tried a few smaller ones first but I should have just got this one. Since I bought it I have never had to turn my overhead light on and thus no more migraines. Has a good daytime setting at 4000 lumens and nighttime I put it ok 3000 lumens to relax. Worth every penny!!!!

Excellent Light
First of all it’s packaged well, competently. Assembly is quick and simple. The unit is solid. No leaning, arrow straight and solid even while adjusting the light pivot. The control is intuitive and straight forward. The price/value is excellent but these could be sold at 3x the price in a high end shop. Very happy.

If you wanna purchase a lamp and have limited funds for a desk lamp, this is a great product for you. One lamp that solves everything. It is amazing! My 15-meter square room is bright with this lamp.
