50% chance of getting a good one?

Purchase two of these faucets while remodeling two bathrooms. One of them worked fine. The other had a reduced flow rate. When I called the Pfister customer support, they didn't seem surprised. They sent me a kit that was supposed to resolve the issue. There was no difference after the kit parts were installed. I will not buy from this manufacturer again.

After installed, a couple weeks later it star dropping ...

After installed, a couple weeks later it star dropping and damage the cabinet, it cost me $250 plus another $50 for another faucet in HomeDepot

This model was the closest to the old one that to be replaced and nice looking as well as reasonably priced.

Poor handle design

Within a few months of installation, the handle started to get loose. After 3 years, the problem is much worse and now you can move the handle, without turning the water on, about an inch to the left or right. Fortunately, it hasn't leaked yet. My intial complaint about the handle, before loosening, was that to turn the water off, the handle had to return to the centre position. So once you find the perfect mix of hot and cold water, you can't push the handle straight down to turn it off briefly (like to soap up your hands) and then easily turn it back on to that same position (like to rinse the soap off).
