Great
This is a work horse. I had one for years but I wasn't gentle with it and it broke so I bought a new one. And by not gentle I mean years of accidently dumping water and food on it. Lol I use it for baking. So accuracy is important. I was worried about how accurate it measures grams so I bought another scale meant to measure really small amounts and weights to test the accuracy of both scales. Both scales measured 1 and 2 grams accurately. I also tested up to 100 grams and that weighed accurately too. I also measured food items on both scales and they both came to the same weights but the smaller scale would weigh it to the thousands aka 34.153 vs the 34.15 on this scale . Please please always use the scale/ keep it on on a flat surface, don't store anything on top of it, and try not to move It around. Ive worked in labs and this is basic practice for any scale. Moving it around constantly and storing stuff on it will affect its ability to accurately measure stuff and you might need to reconfiger it.

I had bought another scale which I returned after realizing it did not give accurate measurements since the buttons were on the tray itself…if you are looking at scales you know which one I mean. I’m really happy with this one!

Simple, inexpensive, but still excellent
It’s compact. It’s simple, and yet it’s almost perfect. For an inexpensive scale it’s incredibly accurate. It has multiple unit options. It has the raring feature (zero scale after adding each ingredient). It’s easy to clean. It’s not fancy as it’s made of simple plastic. If you don’t care that it has an elegant look, then I don’t think you could do any better.

Excellent Scale
Scale works perfectly. I have a smaller version from another manufacturer. This scale measures weight exactly as my smaller one, which is great and let's me know it's measuring correctly. I love the size of this scale as it's easier to view weight when using a large plate or bowl. I also love the color choices. Something for everyone !!!

It has the metrics that I need...grams and pounds/ounces. Easy to use and accurate, especially when it comes to baking where more recipes are using grams rather than ounces.

Excellent product
Very easy to use. I have had it only for a few days and it seems to be accurate. Only time will tell if long term usage will degrade the accuracy. It is very light in weight (which is good) but this makes it feel somewhat flimsy. Once again only long term usage will show just how reliable it is. That's the two reasons for giving a 4 star rating. Using it is dead simple: 1) Turn it on by pressing the on/off button. 2) Place your bowl (for instance) on the weighing surface. This will give you the weight of the bowl. 3) Press the on/off button again, once, to zero out the weight of the bowl. 4) Now start adding your flour, or sugar, or whatever you want to weigh. That's it. Having said all the above

Very happy with purchase
Excellent product. It is small in size, which is great as it doesn’t take much cupboard space. It is plastic so it is very light, but it works extremely well, it is accurate and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

The Ugle scale that could....and does.
I’m kind of a neurotic person, so when it came time to start tracking my food intake the neuroticism came out of the woodwork. I wanted to make sure that when I weighed my food I got accurate readings. I scoured all the reviews online and I bought (and returned) most of the reviewers top picks. That’s till I got my Escali Primo. First Impressions Damn this thing is ugly! Its plastic and it’s light, even cheap feeling....but don’t let any of this fool you. The Good This thing is lightning fast! It kept up with a pour which making getting specific amounts a breeze. Every other scale I’ve tried lag behind which makes pouring cereal a crap shoot. The Primo is also very accurate, giving me the same reading time and again no matter where I placed the weight on the platform. Though it’s made of plastic, it’s built tough, like that plastic Fisher-Price train you had as a kid that could take a fall from a 4 story balcony an not even get a scratch. It’s light but stays put on the countertop. Then there’s my favourite feature...the “click” when pressing a button so you know you pressed it. A lot of the scales I’ve owned you had to press the buttons “just right” for them to work. The screen isn’t backlite (bummer) but I’ve yet to have a hard time reading the display. The Bad Damn it’s ugly! In conclusion....don’t be fooled by the ugly, cheep plastic look. This is a serious food scale that makes tracking your nutrition less of a chore . It’s fast and accurate meaning you get your weighing done and out of the way faster and since it’s light and just the right size you can get it out of sight just as fast.

Great, reliable and easy to use
This is a fabulous product. I bought one based on a good recommendation and I find I use it so much that I bought a second one. One scale is in the hobby room and is used for weighing products for soap making. The other is used in the office for weighing parcels to be shipped. The scale is very easy to use and the readout is large enough to be easy to read. There are two buttons - one is on/off and the other is Unit which you can toggle through Kg, grams, oz & lb which is very helpful. The maximu weight it can hold is 5 kg/ 11 lbs. For hobby making products, it's easy to lay a piece of plastic over the unit to keep it clean. Any plastic or container can easily be zeroed out by first placing the item on the scale, the weight for the item shows up, and then pressing the on/off button. The scale is light weight and small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space in your work area. It runs on AA batteries and I haven't had to change them in two years. Love it and recommend it.

Excellent buy...very accurate
Surprised to find that the ESCALI P115C is so light and easy to handle....and we tested accuracy with individual steel 'Scale-Weights', and our's is right-on accurate. Fine buy and fits the price. Happy.
