These pull out steel racks hold several heavy Pyrex backing dishes.

Works well, but caution using in a travel trailer
These work great for the pantry shelves in our travel trailer-makes it easy to get to things that would be hard reach in the back. But!!! We discovered that they slide out so easily that when you make a turn while traveling with your trailer that the organizers slide out hitting the pantry door causing it to open! Before our trip home we inserted some pieces of wood that fit between the front of the rack and the front lip of the shelf which kept the organizer from sliding out. Before our next trip we need to cut some small blocks of wood to use to secure or put a stronger catch on the pantry door.

Product good enough. Return policy terrible
The shelf works great. If it fit's your cabinet, buy. Didn't fit mine. I've been trying to return it for months. I scheduled a pick-up and UPS never came. Now I'm stuck. Can't change the type of return and no one at Amazon or seller will respond. Just ranting I guess. Good product, though. I have others.

The slide out shelve is built like a tank and is prefect for using your kitchen cabinets to their maximum.

Important info to know
You can't mark this organizer down for anything expect for maximum utilization of your cabinet's width., if that is important. This is a super strong unit, it could support an elephant (a small one). As good as it is, realize that the slide mechanism is on the sides of the unit, not the bottom like other brands so you won't get maximum use of your cabinet with this one. The rack is one inch off the cabinet bottom vs two inches for the bottom mount design.
