Incredible cutting ability
Purchased the Oregon 72DPX072G 3/8-Inch Pitch 0.050-Inch Gauge 72-Drive Link Saw Chain. The Stihl 026 Farm Boss cuts better than it ever has with a Stihl chain. Perhaps even too aggressive! I love it.

Not great for dirty cutting.
I usually run full skip full chisel stihl chain for most felling, but wanted something a bit scrappier for cutting downed logs that could be dirtier. In my experience, semi chisel is a great option for this. Loved the chain at first until I started cutting out some stumps. I was very careful to not hit any rocks, but just cutting through dirty wood would kill the chain in less than a tank of gas. I would cut for 15 minutes and sharpen for 30. After hand filing, it would run great with large chips and fast cutting, but after 5 minutes I was starting to get saw dust and a hot chain. It is a cheap chain so my expectations are pretty low and my review score reflects that. If you are going to consistently cut dirty wood, invest in the durocut line from Oregon.

Great chain for my chainsaw
I put this on my husqvarna 455 rancher. They did a great job on hardwood logs of about 18" diameter. Cut for about 2 hours before needing sharpening. Good price and durability.

Great all around chain, stays sharp!
I love semi-chisel Oregon chains for cutting everything. After running several tanks through my saw with this chain, the factory grind remained sharp and should last. I'd recommend this chain over full chisel cutter profile chains due to semi-chisel chain's durability.
