Works as good as what it costs
Really no complaints. Are they super tough, no but do they work to hold bolts for cutting them off or cleaning loctite off? You bet.

Works as it should and a lot less $ than the big names in vises.
Well constructed, and works well. I recommend this. Some have commented about some of the magnets coming loose. That's not a big deal. Should they come loose, just use a dab of some superglue or epoxy and glue them back into place.

Perfect for the square steel to hold and magnet on clamp perfect. Happy with it.

Sturdy built, magnet was improperly secured to jaw
These are a solid enough jaws, and they work as advertised. I had one magnet fall out of the plastic jaw, not a huge deal. I’m not huge on the jaw shape, does not seem to have enough contact area to securely hold some objects. And have a tendency to rise out of the vise with smaller objects.

Excellent for the price, I dont think you can beat this set for the money.
I dont see how you could beat these for the price. You get a set of soft jaws and a set of rubber jaws for one low price. They came in a nice retail type package, and fit nicely. They grip securely and dont move in use. The magnets are sufficiently strong so that they stay secured during use and will not marr the vise or work. They have about a 1/8" shelf in the top, which allows clamping of parts by the minimum required for a secure hold. In practice, this allows much better repeatability when taking parts in and out during operations, as it indexes back to the same place each time rather than just holding it somewhere in the jaws. These are not precision ground or advertised as such, so they should not be expected to be a precision tool. They are for holding work you wish not to dent/scratch as you work. Overall, I am very impressed with these for the price. If you are shopping for a set of jaw guards to keep from marking parts as I was, these will fit the bill nicely I think. I dont think you can beat them at the price point for two sets of jaws.

Aluminum good, nylon fragile
I bought these to hold some 3/4 inch black pipe I needed to thread. The aluminum worked decently. But the nylon broke in half first time using it. The magnets are nice. And the shape is good. But durability is questionable

missing a magnet
these use magnets to stay on the vice jaws. 1 magnet was missing and another kept falling out. Does the job but was hopping for better quality.
