Wife approved.

My wife asked for one of these for Christmas--the old wood base one we had was getting stinky from the wood absorbing the smell of the oils from the cakes, which must have been going rancid. She really likes this one a lot! I cut a thin round of plastic (from a cheap cutting board) to go directly under the cake to make the cake keeper even easier to clean, and to make it easier to transfer the cake into the keeper once cooled (but that probably wasn't necessary.) And yes, the lock doesn't seal or fasten well, but we don't pick up the keeper by the lid anyway, and cakes never stay around long enough to dry out in this household!

This is a sturdy and well made bundt cake carrier. The lock feature is great and the handle on top is great too. It is very pretty and adds appeal to my cake. It is a great value and it id made in the USA! I highly recommend it!

Love it

I like the fact that you can store your cake in it, however, a regular size dinner plate will not fit in it. I had to place my cake on a smaller plate to get it to fit. I store my bundle baking pan in it when finished, which is convenient.

Lock doesn't really lock

This Bundt cake keeper is the perfect size. The plastic is not flimsly and that portion feels quite sturdy. Where I take some issue is with the "lock." It consists of tabs on the bottom of the keeper lid that fit into slots in the base. You turn the lid to engage the lock. However, by design you can only turn the lid a couple inches at best. It only takes a slight twisting motion to unlock it. There is nothing that prevents this twisting motion. I think it is too easy for the keeper to come unlocked. I wouldn't transport a cake in this. It's fine for just sitting on the counter. It also isn't what I would call airtight. There is a bit of play where the lid fits into the base.

Supero mis expectativas.

Es mucho más grande y de mejor calidad de lo que imaginaba; lo súper recomiendo. El color de la base es muy bonito. Cada día me hago más fan de la marca Nordic Ware, simplemente me encanta. ???? Lo compré a un súper precio, así que está fue una super compra.

Ich bin Enttäusch !

ich habe diese "cake keeper" als neue gekauft aber ich habe die Ware wie gebraucht oder 2. Wahl gekriegt. Die Platte ist gekratzt wenn man gegen Licht sieht Auf den Deckel findet man Rau und Kratz ziemlich überall auch auf den Griff.
