Expensive for you get but they work well
They resolved my broken hinge issue. Easy to install and adjust. A bit pricey but effective.

Pros looks like original hardware easy to replace with the same bolt pattern somewhat easy to adjust if you live in warm dry areas it's the solution you need Cons stopped closing the gates when it got cold and rainy started dragging making the gates not close at all has issues on even small very very light gates The fencing and gates I have are Pro Fence hollow aluminum, iron bar-look-a-like. Flimsy, rattly and bends like butter. I used these spring hinges on a very small aluminim people gate and it would firmly close it against the wind this summer. Now that it's cold, they can't decide if closing is all that important. I used one hinge, 2 would have slammed it like a teenager on restriction. It would probably have bent the fence. I added this to one side of a double gate which had one spring hinge already. It's wider at about 5 feet and also worked fine until it got cold. Now it just freezes half closed on really cold days unless you nudge it.

Great hinges
Even though the description states for metal gates, I used it on my 2x4 that I mounted on a brick wall and they worked great! They noy only fit perfectly on the 2" side of my 2x4, they also seem very solid and sturdy. I highly recommend these hinges.

They are very sturdy
Very sturdy and they were a match for the old ones I replaced. I used self tapping screws so I put them in a slightly different position to make sure they were going to be tight. They work great after adjusting the spring tension screws on hinges.

Good hinges. Wrong picture.
Hinges do the job. Replaced old ones which springs had broken. Only loses a star because as another reviewer had noted, the picture of the item is actually the old version where the hole are in different positions. This would have been easier to replace as opposed to drilling new holes. Not a big deal but I expect the picture to match the product.

Changed hole location
Hinge is ok but they have changed the hole placements and now you have to drill new holes that are too close to the old holes and it makes the gate weaker.

Wrong Hinge!
What a waste of money, I bought the hinge thinking it was the one in the pictures! Just spent $80 on a Hinge I could have bought locally for $20. BEWARE!
