My FAVORITE toilet paper roll holder!

Very sturdy and best of all easy to use even one handed (like while holding a baby in your arms and suddenly realizing you need a new roll). ???????????? And much MUCH better than the spring loaded kind that constantly drop on the floor which are such a pain to deal with.

Nice study, wide holder.

Holder is nice design with the swinging lock arm. You have to be really careful with getting the distance correct or it won't latch correctly. Use the template and check adjustment before tightening it down. Only negative is it is too wide. You can almost fit 2 rolls of paper on it. Not sure why they needed it that wide. Does China (where it was made, would like to see made in USA, Moen) have wider rolls? Looks slightly disproportionate but not too bad.

Classy look - easy to change the toilet paper roll

My husband installed the toilet paper holder, but he said it was easy to do. No problems. I love the look of the shiny chrome, and it matches the faucets and hand rails that I have. Easy to change the toilet paper roll - just lift up! There is a screw inside the device that you can loosen or tighten if the rod gives you any trouble to lift up. It's a keeper!

Love this toilet paper holder! Replaced all the spring loaded ones in the house with this beauty. It’s pricey but well worth it . I have two in pewter and one brass.

Kids love it.

My kids now change the toilet paper roll unprompted. Even my 3 year old. Only complaint I have is my three year old likes to pull all the toilet paper off the roll so he can change it. Be careful installing too close to the rim of the countertop or big rolls become difficult to put on.

Easy to change one handed!

I made this purchase because it’s arm that the roll goes on, simply lifts up. Put on a new roll and slip it down into place. I’m an older gal who lives alone and have had multiple hand and shoulder surgeries. Changing the roll was always a challenge. This is a perfect replacement and it’s beautiful, as well!

Why is this Moen Kingsley worth the extra cost over other pivoting TP holders?

Everyone else has already commented on the virtues of the pivoting design. They are all right. It's awesome and you will never look back. Rather than repeat those reviews, I want to comment on why this Moen Kingsley is worth the price premium compared to other products. I purchased three different pivoting TP holders - a Moen Inspirations, a Delta Mandara, and this Moen Kingsley. While all of them look good and function well, the Moen Kingsley looks and feels so much more "rich". The first thing you notice when you take it out of the box is that it has some weight to it. It has a classical elegance that makes a subtle but also surprisingly noticeable statement in your bathroom. Honestly, it makes the room feel more luxurious. The pivot mechanism is smooth and makes a resoundingly satisfying "clank" sound when it closes. Finish - the bronze finish in the product picture is very close to what you receive. On the scale of oil rubbed bronze, Kingsley is perhaps medium-dark with some lighter accents. It is not the super dark, almost black color you sometimes see, and it is not the lighter, copper-like color you also see. IMO it is what "oil rubbed bronze" is supposed to look like. I love Moen fixtures and use them exclusively in my house, however they really need to get their act together with consistent pictures of their various finishes. Oil rubbed bronze in one collection is NOT the same as another, and their website is very inconsistent and misleading. BOTTOM LINE: this is expensive, but worth every penny. It is classy and has a heavy and sturdy pivot mechanism. We loved it so much we bought another one for the downstairs bath!

My husband warned me about buying hardware items like the Moen Kingsley towel bars and pivoting paper holder from the internet, without seeing them first, but when I couldn't find what I wanted in stores, I went ahead and bought them from Amazon, proving him wrong, once again! The pivoting paper holder was about $25.00 cheaper than it was at Home Depot, and I didn't have to pay shipping. It's also a beautiful product; I bought it in the brushed nickel, and it's really elegant, with a soft shine, and the pivot was a revelation! (Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but after years and years of changing toilet rolls on an old-fashioned toilet roll holder, this is so easy.) All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchases: They're beautiful, well-made, and look like they'll last a long time.

Really nice quality from Moen. A lot of the big box stores don't carry the nicer (heavier) quality stuff in store because I guess people prefer the inexpensive stuff, but I really do think it's worth the extra $ to go for the better quality. It feels heavy and is made of metal and no plastic at all. Pivoting arm is great and convenient! Bought the matching towel ring for the same reason - the plastic "metal" ones in stores all feel so cheap and lightweight. Good buys as usual from Amazon!

Moen Kingsley Paper Holder

Moen...a nice quality product. We have the Kingsley pattern in our master bathroom so this paper holder fits right in. I love the pivoting arm for the paper, makes it so nice and easy to change the roll.
