Perfect for Women to use to hide the Emergency Alert device made by GreatCall

This little pouch, which can be attached around and placed under a bra strap, is just the right size to hide an emergency alert device (which is 2 and 1/2 by 1 and 1/2 by 1/2 inches in size) that is made by GreatCall. It gives me the freedom to use my device without a black lanyard around my neck, and without announcing to the world that I'm old enough to need one! It's is so comfortable I almost forget it's there. BUT-- when I'm putting this on, I MUST PAY ATTENTION to what secures the ends of the short strap of the pouch -- it is an unusual type of fastener. One end has to be slid in at a right angle, and then snapped so that the two ends of the short strap lie flat. (The reverse process is needed to unfasten.) Once I feel and hear the "snap" sound this fastener makes, I feel reassured that the little pouch will not fall off. HOWEVER, it would easily become undone if the user does not realize they need to make sure they feel and hear the "snap" sound. This pouch appears very well made out of soft jersey that stretches enough for a device that is 1/2 inch thick. I am SO happy I made this discovery!

Clip undoes.

After wearing this for several days in Italy I happened to notice it was unclipped and saved by my bra. I thought this was a fluke event, but after it happened a 2nd time, I decided it wasn't worth the gamble to lose my cash and cards. It got stowed away in my purse and won't be used as intended because the clip doesn't stay latched.

Very wide and very stretchy

I was super excited to get it. It's ok but needs some modifications with a sewing machine. It's very wide. The fabric is stretchy too. There is a lot of room in it and you could hold A LOT of cards, money, chapstick, keys etc. That's nice but in a review was told it was a lot smaller which I was looking for. However. I tried it on and hooked it to my strap and hid it in my bra cup and it looks decent. No lines except a little bulge. BUT i have have a D cup too. I will be posting a video shortly.

Strap too short

I’ve used this on several trips and outings. The material doesn’t make me sweat as another popular brand worn on the band often does, a big plus. The strap is too short to be able to secure it to the bra band. This has turned out to be a big negative for me. I wear it secured to the bra strap in the front and it’s noticeable no matter what top I wear. I’ve tried tucking it into my bra, but it manages to work itself out and is sometimes visible to whoever depending on my top. If you wore a sweatshirt or pullover sweater, then no problem. I really wish this came with a much longer strap!

Easy solution

Wished I could have the opening facing my body but the clasp is in the other direction. Otherwise great. Secure way of holding money and cc just in case.

Where the Cash???

Nice small pocket. Great way to conceal cash or cards. 4 out of 5 stars cuz the locking part is hard to see for elderly. If a plastic snap button in place... 5!!!

I purchased this to hold my Tandem t:slim insulin pump. It fits but is very snug. The pump is too heavy for this pocket and weighs it down and swings side to side. Would probably work fine for just an ID and some cash or debit card.

Peace of Mind

I purchased this for a trip to China. It wasn't the most comfortable thing to wear, but I'm sure it was as comfortable as it could be. Not a lot fits in it. I was able to fold into 4's (half and then half again) about 5 bank notes. It cannot hold a large amount of money or be accessed easily in public, so this would be for a bit of "emergency money". My partner used a money belt (the kind that looks like a normal belt, not the under-clothes waist pouch), which held a lot more, was less noticeable/obvious as to it's purpose and had the same public access awkwardness. I would probably choose to go that route next time. I'm fairly chesty and with a loose t-shirt or sweater the pouch was not visible. I did tuck the pouch under my underwire to make it less visible with tighter-fitting tops. It's good in theory for peace of mind, but I wouldn't purchase again in favour of using the money belt - the exception being if I were wearing leggings or a dress that day.
