Don't Overtighten Mount Plate!
To start, we LOVE this unit! When it's installed correctly and works properly, it's a GEM! Been using ours for a couple years now with only a need to change batteries once! With every crank of the screws to tighten the mount plate (inside), the key barrel pulled inward and would no longer work with keys! Had to swap unit due to no way to remedy.

Buena calidad
Ordene una al principio y me gustó tanto que ordené una más, se mira muy bonita y funciona muy bien, puedes abrir con el codigo y si lo olvidas puede usar tu llave. La recomiendo 100% Lo malo es que subieron mucho de precio comparando el precio de la primera y la segunda compra, pero lo vale.

Heavy duty lock but the buttons are backwards
Great lock. Easy to install and nice locking feature, but the buttons are backwards. After inputting your code, you must press the “unlock” button for it to lock and visa versa.

The product is pretty good when compared to competing products
The product is pretty good when compared to competing products. The internals are plastic and it might be smart to include a silicone gasket or some sealant to better protect the outside parts. Product is otherwise as well made as most mechanical or digital locks on the market. It remembers programmed codes, even if the battery is removed. The only real complaint would be the the key for the deadbolt and the lever are completely different brands. One is Kwikset and appears to be Yale. A five pin and a six pin. This eliminates any possibility of keying both alike, which is unheard of in the lock industry. The lever and the deadbolt are industry standard, inside, bit it would be better if they were common mechanical internals so parts cold be swapped between locks. Making them match the deadbolt would be a good solution. This is something contractors look for. In general, he key cylinders cannot be swapped either. Common parts make the product cheaper and easier to manufacture and support. There is no vendor product link for the combo SCU, so there is no way to get better information like the fact the keys are all screwed up. Would also be good if parts where available online, like the battery cover and other items. I plan to get more when there is absolute assurance I am not burned on the key issue

Funtioned great but didnt last long
When I bought this it was great. We were able to put multiple codes in for all household members and erasing or changing codes was easy. After 4 months it started moving slow and we had to begin changing the batteries out every week for a month. We only used good brand named batteries and after the 5th month the auto-locking quit all together. We are back to using a key to open this which is what we needed to get away from. Return window is closed so I will try another brand.

Unable to reverse the handles
Door handles needed to be reversed. Was unable to change the handles Could not locate the hole to disengage the handles from the outside. Unable to contact Milock via email or phone to request instructions.

Installed on April 24th and quit working in September
It quit functioning properly after the return privilege. I don't think I will repurchase due to uncertainty about the quality. Purchased on April 24th of this year and quit working on September 15th. Tried everything.

Great at first.....then stopped working
It was great at first. After about a month and a half it stopped working. I bought this so my school age kiddos can get into the house without having to keep keys on hand. I'm totally bummed it stopped working. I tried all sort of kinds of batteries and it just stopped. Looks great otherwise.

Looks nice, works as it should
Easy enough to install, make sure to read the instructions though because the setting mechanism is specific. Great looks, works smoothly. So far so good but time will tell.

Love it!
Very happy with this purchase. Able to unlock the door without fumbling for keys and easy push button to lock when leaving.
