Best Shampooo!

My hair dresser used this product on my hair and I instantly fell in love! It smells like heaven. Safe for your hair without leaving a build up. I have thick long hair and this doesn’t weigh down my hair! It gives it shine and moisture without leaving so much build up, that it makes my hair feel ten times more heavy. I HIGHLY recommend this products and this brand!

Packaging stinks but product is great

When it arrived it was open and leaking all down the bottle! With how much money it is I would expect a sealed product! But other wise I love it

Milkshake Shampoo

I bought a large size if this product as it was more economical. However to he cap on the bottle was loose. Go in d to thing it is was shrink wrapped. Shampoo spilled out in transit.

Use all 3 products for @ least 4 months & you WILL be amazed. Dont give up -worth the money!!!!!

Ive never had ANY problems w/all 3 bottles of the Shampoo, the Conditioner & the spray in ever exploding or leaking in my delivery boxes. IDK- maybe just lucky? I had extraordinarily dry, dead ends, no lustre - just damaged AF. Then I found MILKSHAKE. My hair dresser has said to me in the ladt year: "Your hair looks amazing & feels the healthiest it has since we met!" I keep telling her MILKSHAKE & PRODUCTS are incredible. The ONLY problem is that bc of the price - just like high end parfum-- Milkshake is subject to ppl posing as selling MS- when its definitely not. I have seen a handful of ppl who have exclaimed that it was fake. My supply has always been the genuine product. Amazon used to have A LOT more of it.

Good product.. BUT damaged packaging

The product overall is great! I have colored red hair and I noticed right away that I was able to keep my red much longer before having to retouch it as soon as I started using this product...BUT.. when I decided to buy a larger bottle I could smell it right away from the bod , the shampoo was not packaged right and a lot of the product came out. Very disappointed because this is not a cheap shampoo so to have wasted all of that product is a shame.

Great product

I’ve been using this product since 2016 and it certainly helped to restore my hair condition after a severe illness… recommend by my hairdresser. Leaves the hair glossy and thick, a natural product. Great service in delivering the item too. What’s not to like!

Unsealed bottle of shampoo, pump activated in transit.

I love this brand and product and purchase on a regular basis from Amazon. This bottle of shampoo was delivered in good time, however there was no plastic or taped seal around the top / pump which is how it is normally delivered. It had been put in a box with a piece of paper, the pump activated during transit and shampoo was all over the inside of the box and bottle. The pump, before first use, is normally twisted so this does not happen. All I can surmise is that the bottle had already been used prior to posting.

Prodcuct had leaked in the box

I love this shampoo but this was the 1st time ordering via Amazon as bought direct from salon previously. When it was delivered I could smell the shampoo and when I opened the box the top was not screwed on properly so leaked all over the box. Im hoping that as it was already opened there was no seal on it that it does not effect the product or shelf life. I did see a couple of other reviews with same issue.

Not sulphate free!

As a colour protect shampoo advertised as sulphate-free, I was very disappointed when I read the ingredients list. This shampoo has every sulphate under the sun and will strip your hair of colour!

The shampoo is linking

I order all the sets from shampoo conditioner and leave in conditioner. All the item arrived in the same box but just shampoo was in separate bag. When I open I so the lids on shampoo is open, and half of bottle is liking to the bag. It's make me so upset and I feel like I'm waist my money with this purchase.
