Very nice addition to kitchen

These replaced heavy Walmart 20 year old dishes. These are a pleasure to use. Food looks better on them, they are lighter and wash up easier. Sizes are different than what we are used to but overall very elegant on a set table.

Very pleased with this purchase!

I was a little hesitant about ordering these dishes given reviews about broken items received. However, my items were packaged very securely and made it all the way to The Bahamas in perfect condition! The set is just as elegant as I imagined from the photos.

Beautiful Dishes

I was searching for a replacement set of dishes to replace my white stoneware Pottery Barn dishes. I found this Mikasa white bone china. These are perfect…beautiful, lightweight and the simple designs around the edges look great. The glaze is very strong & doesn't show any knife nor fork marks. I highly recommend these!

Good quality dish set

I picked this up on a sale to replace a set that was prone to chipping and cracking with the slightest nudge and am very happy with it. The material is lightweight yet very durable and I love the clean, simple design. I also love the inclusion of both pasta bowls and a smaller fruit bowl in the set. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy again.

Relief .. WOW!

Beautiful.. and the Mikasa name brand is classy. Dropped in the sink and my heart sank … clank, clank, clank … and to my surprise no cracks or chipping. Amazing!!! Some plates appear off center or not same .. I can only tell when stacked in cupboard .. it’s for my Airbnb so it makes it more noticeable but the durability and beauty off-sets this to a 5-star.

Simple and elegant!

Very happy with our purchase 3 months in. The dishes are light weight. So far, we have had no chips or cracks! Love the pasta bowls and small fruit bowls vs cereal bowls. The detail is subtle and all the plates stack without sticking or scratching. Perfect for casual dining or an upmarket dinner party. This dish set is exactly what we were looking for!

Nice set for the price

Had to buy salad bowl’s separately, as the fruit bowls are for pudding, etc. Prefer bowls vrs small plates for salad

Happy with purchase so far

We just received our order a few weeks ago but our dishes arrived in good time with no chips or breaks. So far, we are happy with our purchase. Plates and bowls are a good size, and are microwave and dishwasher safe. The pattern is muted. Time will tell if this purchase was worth the money.

Beautiful, lightweight - but missing bowls/mugs

I really love the look of this set for everyday use. And the manufacturer was great to deal with when i contacted them. The downside - i actually received double small and large plates, and was missing both set of bowls and the mugs. I found Mikasa's email address on their website, emailed them pictures, and about a week or so later i received the missing pieces. I guess the upside is after some patience i now have extra plates if any do break. The fruit bowls are very small, but handy for well portioned snacks. Time will tell if the set is are durable (I'll update if any chip or break).
