These. Are. Perfect.

The style is super flattering, they were comfortable to wear on the first day (no break-in period) and they go with almost every casual and work outfit I own which is a major plus (I hate commuting with one pair of shoes and then having to change). The quality is excellent and well worth the price. The faux fur lining is only on the tongue of the boot and not throughout but they are still incredibly warm, the laces are a little stiff but I haven't had any issues with them breaking or tearing. For sizing reference, I am a 7.5 that always sizes up to an 8 in boots. I bought a 7.5 based on the recommendations I saw on other sites to size down and they fit PERFECT.

Boot not as depicted in photo

Boots were not as shown in picture! The laces were black not the mustard color as shown. Also, mustard color stripe around sole was more of an orange color. In my opinion, they were not as striking as the photo depicted.! I was disappointed and returned them.

Meh

Finally caved and got these after all the races. So disappointing that I didn’t even get to try them on properly as one of the lace rivets broke off while tying on the right shoe. Didn’t even try on the right shoe. Disappointing when the boots aren’t cheap. Too bad as it’s a really good looking boot. So don’t get your hopes up if you order them. I’m sure not every pair is like this but possibly a bad batch as I can see it’s happened to others too.

Living in Colorado with ice and snow, more than average, Love these boots. Have both black and white. I have walking issues and these feel sturdy and look sassy

Poor customer service with broken eyelet Don't buy this boot.

Contacted customer service twice to find out where we could buy a replacement eyelet which are plastic and frequently break. First call produced no response and second call didn't even know where the headquarters were? Sent letter to the COO at headquarters - no response. there are a number of similar complaints of broken eyelets and the manufacturer should be able to let a customer know where they can find replacements. The boots themselves are very nice, but given cost the eyelets are a problem. Surprise. They called This week and will send my daughter a replacement boot. Would be wise for them to find a resource to replace eyelets for these boots since there are problems with them breaking. Thanks!

I received them damaged

I received the boots, and they are AMAZING! But it was missing a eyelet on the boot. I reached out to Marc Fisher Customer Service 3x to get the missing piece to have it added by my local shoe repair guy, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Really sucks since they were SO EXPENSIVE!
