Great product, horrible packaging on Amazon's behalf

It seems like 80% of the time we order any liquid cleaning product from Amazon, there is always an issue with the packaging. As you can see in the puctures, it was everywhere. No stickers on the outside labeled as fragile or even a liquids sticker. Last time we ordered dish cleaner and the bottle was almost half empty. Gave a 5 star because we love the product, but the handling of their product once it leaves Amazon is not worth it.

Smells fantastic

Love using it. So it came upside down and some leaked but It really wasn't that much. They had it wrapped in a bag inside the box so honestly no big deal.

Está aguado

El suavizante no tiene la misma concentración que los que venden en el Walmart por ejemplo,está muy aguado y no tiene el olor característico, sé reconocerlo porque es el suavizante que compro regularmente….no recomiendo

I love Downy but this order somehow arrived half full. There is Downy all over the outside top of the bottle.

Product gone bad ????

I absolutely love downy!! When this came i was so happy until I went to use it.. its like gel and very hard to come out of the bottle. Almost like it was frozen and thawed .. maybe.. I don't know but I won't be ordering any more ????

Bon produit que j'achète tjrs. J'ai voulu essayer l'achat via amazon et finalement déçu. J'avais vu à plusieurs commentaires que l'article arrivait quelques fois endommagée et/ou remplie de détergent dans le sac. Et c'est exactement ce qui m'est arrivé. Je ne le referai plus et je déconseille. La différence en épicerie est pas énorme et vous ne risquerai pas d'avoir votre bouteille brisée et qui coule rendue chez vous.

Not taped around the neck of the bottle

So there was nothing wrong with the product itself, it was more of a shipping issue. The packaging was not too good. It spilled all over the box it came in plus other things that came with it. I also buy laundry detergents from amazon and I have never had this issue before, they are always taped nicely around the neck of the bottle but this fabric softener wasn’t. Luckily all the other items were separately packaged so I just had to wipe them down but I’d still give 3 stars for the hassle. The product is just how it’s mentioned, and smells amazing.

Smells nice but strong! Helps make clothes last

I’ve used this scent for years. It’s strong! (Maybe too strong for some?) I joke that my clothes are Scratch-and-Sniff, because even after weeks of hanging in my closet, if I scratch the material I can smell this softener. I often get comments that my children’s’ clothes look like new after years of wear, and I’m sure this softener contributes to that.

Nothing compares to Downy!

I have a front load washer and have tried the cheaper liquid softeners however I could never get a nice smell or the softness that downy provides. Other brands cannot compare and the price is just a little higher but still reasonable and so worth it!
