This thing will save you a bunch of walking

Got in on a new product deal and pounced.. it's packed well enough and the instructions are pretty clear. It assembles without a lot of fuss, though you will mumble to yourself while ' threading the bobbin ' getting the target film to pass thru the drive roller the first time. When unpacking, have a Sharpie handy so you can note polarity on the remote battery and rotation direction on the motor unit. You will need a 9V battery for the remote. I appreciate the use of locally sourced materials for fixing it when your Bro in law misses everything but the legs. LYMAN..... we would very much like a zeroing target roll in light red diamond centers, or the blue ones... something we can see clearly contrast with black reticles, you made a cool thing, now make it better! A solid carry bag would be sweet as well.

Assembly is very easy. I took several of the peel and stick shoot and see stickers, unwound the roll and put them in various places so that it will give a quicker feed back on shots. It is easy to unroll and re-roll the target spindle, just need extra hands to keep the targets running taut while you do. Kind of heavy but breaks down easy to take to a range. I have my own range at my place so not a problem to move.

Love the target system

Love the target system. Only problem is the club that I belong to will not allow me to use it - I'm told there is a possibility of a ricochet with as much metal as there is on the target stand. Make sure you check with your club's target rules and regulations before purchasing this item.

Great invention!

Buy extra poles, (3/4” electrical conduit) as you may shoot them, the manual explains this. And make them longer for a bigger sight picture. I’m using a camping chair bag to store the poles, legs & extras to the range. 9mm will not penetrate the deflection plates.
