Okay product with limitations

It was installed on my 2016 Kia Sedona. This rack is useful and fairly priced, but it has a few limitations. First I had to purchase a hitch riser to avoid a ground clearance issue. Without the riser, the rack's lowest end touched the ground when I go in and out of my driveway. Second, because there is no tilting function. I cannot open back trunk door unless all bikes on front rack are dismounted. Even after bikes are unloaded, accessing my trunk is uncomfortable due to the rack's design. Third, this rack's holding mechanism is rather questionable for longer trips. The frame looks sturdy, but included pin and locking cords do not seem strong enough to secure bikes safely. So I had to reinforce them with additional velcro straps and bungee cords. Overall, I am okay with this product because I don't want to break my bank account, but you should know these limitations before you buy this product.
