Complaint of sending product after valid cancellation made

This merchant kept sending product after a valid cancellation was requested. Amazon required customer make cancellation before the next day, right? Then why didn't they follow? If Amazon continue to ignore customer's complaint and let those crook do business, I customer will report this matter to FTC and BBB. I believe class action lawyer would pay big attention to it.

Defective

The Hot/Cold indicator button on these handles were manufactured 90 degrees off, making them look silly, but more importantly unsafe, since people wouldn't know what to expect temperature wise. The Amazon seller though was excellent to deal with and provided a full refund.

Junk!

Junk! First one came broken. Amazon took care of it no problem. Second one came and the screw cover doesn't stay in. Just falls out from the handle. What I expect I guess from cheap, imported crap!

Did not have screw in box.

All products did not come as promised. had to go to store and find another knob. In extreme cases it would be a descent temporary knob.
