Fast delivery , seems to be well made
Have only used a few times , so far I like , I did make needed changes prior to using , feet are wrong for outdoor use , tapped feet & installed 4" spikes , locks down well now , all in all not a bad unit for price

Good Product Great With Some Tweaks
Prior to my $10 DIY additions from a local retailer that can't be named, but whose initials match HD, I would have rated this a 4. Reason being, the white metal grooves that hold the rod are (1) too slippery, and (2) do not have enough surface area to easily and effectively hold rod guides without the tendency to slip forward or backward to rest on line and pole. As you can see via the photos of another reviewer, the line is pinched between the pole and groove. Perhaps not a huge deal for some, but I prefer for the guides to rest on the grooves to allow the line to rest in the guides, and flow without obstruction. When fish strike - especially the larger variety, they can pull line via a properly set drag and can do so without any hindrance. Additions: cut pieces of clear tubing (If I remember correctly, 3/4), and rubberized spray. I did about 3 coats over a week to allow for proper drying. Now I have more surface area, and some tackiness, too. I would recommend this to others, but with the modifications.

Not perfect, but for $16
It's a handy fishing stand. Not perfect, but for $16.99 it is not bad at all. I have used it as a stand for my smaller trout rods and even used it shore fishing in the bay near the ocean. I found it best to not have all the legs extended fully, instead having one (or two depending on how you have the legs positioned) shorter than the others so that the stand is leaning back a little towards you for better stability. I had it positioned this way and it withstood a hit from a 4 foot leopard shark without toppling. The materials are cheap and a good enough hit from a large fish could probably pull it over, but for $16.99 It's better this than the frustration I usually go through trying to get my stake pole holders in the rock soil I usually fish in. Hopefully it lasts a while.

Works for what I need it for. Not lobster but still a well made product for what it is.
So first of all I was nervous about this product being I never seen the brand or anything. I was not disappointed this rod-pod works amazing I use it on the jetty's to hold my rods and yet have had a rod slip in the water. It's build good easy to carry and put up and take down. It has a hook in the middle to add weight to do it don't tip over Wich is a 5star addition in my opinion. Overall very happy would recommend to anyone who needs something like this.

tell you the truth is ok for the price is not as tall as I thought it would be its only stands to be in about 3 feet high I needed something that four feet high came broken they sending me a new unit whenever I get it so I guess I'm getting two for the price of one the material thon is cheap plastic cheap specially around the hinges....but you can't find one at this price that can hold a total of 6 rods...one great thing about this product it does have a anchor in the middle so that you can hold it down with a bag or something that's a plus

Works ok but you do need to anchor it down if you get a really big fish it will fall over. :(
