Keeps thin batter inside
This is a powerful (450 W) food processor. The design is very good, as thin batters won't run out of the central section as happens with some food processors. I did not find the controls intuitive - I would have thought that if I press the 1 or 2 buttons, the device would turn on. Wrong. With a single press, both behaved like a pulse. You have to hold the button down for a few seconds to turn it on. I am not sure under which conditions I would choose 1 over 2; they both whizzed around like bats out of hell, and I generally use 1. I do think I over-processed my pastry the first time I used it by switching it on and adding the butter through the feeder tube. Now I toss all the butter blocks into the bowl and use the pulse mode. The single attachment disk does double duty. Put it in one way to slice or turn it around to grate (it does both commendably). Throw away that mandoline which will just nick your fingers and use this food processor to cut vegetables into slices that are under 1/4" in thickness, in the time it takes you to say mandoline. It is also fantastic for grating lots of cheese or frozen butter for pastry. This device is quite loud. There are suckers on the stand and it needs those when you are using it to make pastry, as the base is light and would not stay in place without those suckers. I don't care for the suckers much, as I need to lift the device if I want to move it, and I find that I do that regularly while cooking and baking. Overall, I think this is a little pricey for the niggly things that could be improved. The saving grace is that powerful (albeit loud) motor, which should last a long time.

Powerful and Easy to use.
Pros: - Easy to set up and use - Very powerful for it's size - Perfect capacity for the "Average cook". Doesn't take up a huge amount of space nor is it too small like most micro choppers - Good variety of attachments and features - Easy (About the same as others) to clean Cons: - Still fairly loud for size - Wish that the unit has attached areas or design to store the extra blade or be able to store with the slicer chute inserted downward into the catch up. Takes up a lot of space having to store all the attachments separately.

Decent compact food processor
It’s not often I find myself needing a food processor, but this compact food processor was an excellent solution for my culinary needs. I don’t often need one, so I didn’t want to spring for a super expensive appliance I would not use often enough – this compact product fits all of my needs and doesn’t take up a ton of storage space either! The processor itself is small but has plenty of room for most recipes that I cook for my girlfriend and I, even if I’m meal prepping for the week all at once. The set-up is super easy, and everything clicks into place quickly. The included spatula works great for scraping everything out afterwards, and also makes the clean up process super easy. The bowl being dishwasher safes makes for easy disassembly and cleaning when I’m done cooking for the night – who doesn’t love having to do less dishes! The buttons took a second to get used to as it works like a blender pulse – after I hold the buttons for a few seconds, it turns on and continues processing. I do like how simplistic the controls are – there are only four buttons and each has a separate and distinct reason to press. I would recommend this to anyone like myself who is looking for a small appliance to use when needed, without having to learn a bunch of difficult controls and options!

works well, though parts feel a bit less robust than the Cuisinart I've been using for 20 years
I like this food processor - it chops well, feeds well, has the standard safety features, etc. It also sticks VERY firmly to the counter with small suction cups, despite how relatively light it feels.... which brings me to my only concern. I have a Cuisinart 8-cup food processor that I've been using semi-regularly for nearly 20 years now, and this one doesn't feel nearly as robust as that one does--it's a little bit lighter and the parts all feel just a tiny bit less sturdy. For whatever it's worth, I notice that as of today's prices on Amazon, this model costs $80 while the comparably-sized Cuisinart costs $100... and has a coupon for $20 off. So prices being equal I'd probably recommend that one instead. But if they discontinue that coupon, I'd say they're comparable; I would anticipate that this one is probably about 20% less durable than the Cuisinart I got 20 years ago (though I'm unsure whether their new models are as robust as the ones they made 20 years ago)

Great for veggies and dough-making.
Price during review: $77.81 In the few weeks that I've had this, I've used this for carrots, cabbage, and the other usual suspects. What I really enjoyed discovering was that it effectively shreds coconut bits, although this comes at the price of scratching the plastic of container, and makes a huge racket. It also works well to combine flours into a soft dough, a sticky dough or a light batter. The container doesn't leak, and the job is quick and easy to clean up after. The blades are sharp and must be washed carefully. Coming from a reputed brand-name, this product lives up to its name and is worth the investment. Recommended.

Modèle de base, 2 couteaux les plus utilises.
Simplicité, le couteau pour râper laisse des morceaux non déchiquetés (ex. Chou) seul point négatif.

Easy To Clean, Dishwasher Safe Parts.✅ Powerful Processor. ✅ Quality Isn’t As Good As My Old Braun.❌
The media could not be loaded. This little food processor is a personal chef assistant you didn’t know you need. I already own an old Braun food processor, but it is much bigger and heavier than this smaller version. I LOVE my original one that I have had for MANY years. But, it is cumbersome getting it out of storage. Plus it is too big to sit on my countertop. Unfortunately, that means it is out of sight, out of mind. When I saw this smaller Braun FP, I had to order it because it is more compact and takes up less counter space. It is also a name I trust and has proven to last for years. The Braun Food Processor is nice. But dang, it is bigger than I thought. The good news is, it is still half the size of my large one - yay! The bad news is, the quality definitely feels cheaper. Let’s dig into my impression of this Braun “mini.” ✅WHAT I LIKE: ▪️This is a powerful little sucker. It completely pulverizes SOME vegetables such as onions and certain leafy greens, but I knew that would happen. This is great because I have finicky eaters, and they have no clue they’re eating their most hated foods.???? ▪️Perfectly slices carrots, mushrooms, celery, and potatoes. Grates cheese quickly and with ease! ▪️Clean-up is a breeze because the parts and accessories are dishwasher-safe. I put everything on the top shelf. ▪️Excellent safety feature that won’t allow the processor to work until it is locked into the proper position. This is always a welcomed feature especially when you have kids distracting you while you cook, or have a million things going on in the kitchen. ▪️I can see and hear the powerful motor in action. I can process a large quantity of food in seconds which makes this machine the perfect helper when cooking for guests or a large family. ▪️I love classic black appliances. This matches most of my other appliances. ❌WHAT I DON’T LIKE: ▪️The 8-cup plastic container “bowl” is definitely not as good as the one included with my older Braun. This is the kind of plastic that feels like it could easily crack. So far I have not encountered any issues in the month I have been using it. It’s not terrible, and only time will show its true quality in this case. With that said, I was a bit disappointed when I first felt it. ▪️I don’t like the suction cups on the feet. I understand its purpose, but I find it hard to remove it from the counter. ▪️Only 1 reversible blade is included. For the price, I feel there should be two. ▪️If you’re like me and looking to make homemade potato chips in the microwave, the attachment included with this Braun Food Processor doesn't do them thin enough. My old Braun model can do this. You will need to buy a new blade. Unfortunately, only one reversible blade is included, but it is very handy for multiple tasks. ????OVERALL: This is a powerful food processor but as I mentioned, the quality doesn’t seem to be as good as my old larger one. This is reflected in the price for its class. With that said, I will mention, at the time of writing this review, the price has changed several times. So, do your research if you’re on a budget. If you’re a professional or hobbyist chef, you’ll want something a bit more professional. It’s an excellent machine that would be great for a student's first-time appliance. I also highly recommend this Braun Food Processor to anyone with a small kitchen who is looking for a reliable processor that can slice vegetables and grate cheese in under 10 seconds. I’ve used this processor almost every day for stir fry, sliced carrots for salads and to boil, grated cheese for tacos, and food prep for my kids' school snacks. You can’t go wrong with Braun, and I’m pretty impressed with it’s power and effective results.

Good value, great for home cooks
The media could not be loaded. This 8cup Braun food processor is a pretty basic food processor that can chop, puree, slice, and shred. I used this this make a Chinese shredded potato salad since shredding potatoes can be quite cumbersome. It comes with a chopping blade, and a reversible disc that can slice or grate - just make sure the right one is facing up. It is quite powerful and shreds/cuts without any issues, but as you can see in the video there is a small portion of potato that does not end up getting shredded/sliced - I think this is because the attachment to push down the item is slightly too short. But overall for about $110CAD, this is a good value and strong food processor

WOW! Makes Cutting Veggies/Fruits SO Efficient in the Kitchen, What a Difference
[PROS] ???? ✔Powerful motor with numeric presets based on what you decide to chop ✔You can easily slice through vegetables and fruits, for instance a cucumber can be sliced in thin slices quickly, this is especially important for making a large salad ✔Cleaning is simple, I clean the jar and accessories by hand because it only takes 30 seconds, however you can clean it through a dishwasher, but I don't find it's necessary ✔If you have an infant or young child like us, we feed him home made veggie mixes with potatoes, the food processor makes the process efficient [CONS] ???? ✘ During my review, I was unable to find any issues with this product. In the event I discover something in the future, I will update this review. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ????The Braun Easy Prep Food Processor is currently priced as $99.99 at the time of this review. I was telling my wife when testing the food processor that we should have bought something like this years ago because of how easy it is to chop veggies and fruits for our child, which we've been doing by hand for years. This will save you so much time, plus you avoid using a cutting board, knife and reduces chances of cutting yourself by accident.
