Quality control issues
As others have pointed out, the product image at the top of the page is obviously wrong. Whether or not that has anything to do with the quality of the product itself going downhill, who knows. Regardless, I have also been purchasing these by the case through Amazon for a while now and I would guess the last two cases have had the same problem; you get part way through the box and the tissues get stuck together in the bundle and stop coming out. This will happen a few more times until the box is empty. Beyond frustrating. Because as another reviewer noted, sometimes your only remedy is to tear the box apart. It's too bad the quality had to suffer so much. It used to be a good product at a much better price than a retail store.

Last 20% of each box was an off orange color not attached.
Someone decided to fix a problem of tissues not being white by hiding the last 10% to 20% on the bottom of each box of my case. I would think that Kleenex would want to know about this and prevent it's employees from cover ups of product misruns being sold for full price. Or maybe the seller bought them as seconds and sold them as perfect without disclosing the defect. At the end of the day no big deal to me but it is not how business should be done. If I was the CEO of Kleenex I would want to know about it and put a stop to the practice and to send me another box on N/C. But who knows if this review will see the light of day.

revamped and frustrating packaging
Have had this on our subscribe and save for quite a while. Last shipment was different outer packaging which we didn't care about, but also they must've changed the way they insert the bundle of tissues into the individual boxes. Every one of the boxes we've used from this last have gotten "stuck" inside, which leads to annihilation of the box in frustration. I know, boo hoo. I have a feeling they must've heard about this, as this item's currently showing a Scott product instead of Kleenex. Probably in the middle of course-correcting the listing. Bit frustrated. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good price and acceptable quality
Our household uses tissues frequently and the costs are going up constantly. I was concerned about buying "professional quality" as tissues I have used in physician's and other offices were rather harsh. While these are not equal to the highest priced brands, for the price they are surprisingly soft. The carton should last our family for quite awhile.

Great to remember when to refill
I run a small hotel and these are great to have in the rooms. They go to a pinkish color when the box is running low, so Housekeeping doesn't pull them out of rooms too quickly and waste money. They could be a bit softer, but they are better than most tissues.

Rip off
Poor quality TP that is rough and that I purchased similar quality before for £15 and this is twice as much on account of brand name. The TP often separated from its 2 ply design and often is stuck to the previous TP which leads to waste. Will not buy again.

I received loose folded tissue, this is not what I ordered. They were not in boxes as described. The tissue was of poor quality and not sort at all. Very dissatisfied
