On/off handles are backwards.

Beautiful addition to our kitchen. But instillation was a problem. First: Instead of a rubber seal it has a hard plastic plate between faucet and sink top which will not prevent any water splashed behind faucet from leaking through under sink. Have some sealer before starting. Second: on/off handles are backwards. Off is out over sink and on is pushed back. Problem troubleshooting says to disassemble handle and rotate cartridge 180 degrees. This just arranged the handles to aim at wall behind faucet. To correct you must swap the left and right cartridges and then have handles in full on position to access tightening screw to secure handles. Once we realized these issues it was installed and looks great.

Valve leaks

Installation was a breeze. After all that, the cold water valve leaks. On the Amazon return page you have an option to receive a replacement valve. Great. Not! I get an error page. Now I have to take the unit out, send it back, reorder, and do it all again. How nice.
