So far so good. I am considering getting the shor/tub set to ...

I replaced a Moen that I hade problems with from day one and cost 4x what I paid for this. It was built just as well as thr Moen and so far I am impressed. I did not give 5 stars because I only installed it 3 weeks ago. I will update if I have any issues. So far so good. I am considering getting the shor/tub set to match the sink if I ever get the handle off the Moen. I took out set screm but it seems frozen on the valve.

Buyer Beware

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this product. Ordered 2 for our M/B. The supply line is not included with faucets that go from shuttle valve to faucet. The supply line that goes from handle to tee on spout seals was defective. Plumber had to do a liquid teflon to seal. The internals of faucet are plastic and kept cracking when we tried to line up faucet handle. What should have been a simple install took over 5 hrs.

Don't be fooled!

Looks can be deceptive. Unfortunately, I cannot return because the plumber installed it already. The product is nowhere close to the quality of the Monticello (Moen) brand that was replaced since the Monticello is discontinued. I thought I was getting a similar product because each time I did a search for the Monticello design this product comes up. Nevertheless, it is very light and delicate; the dimensions are smaller seems like it could break anytime.

This Faucet Has Lots and Lots of Parts and Pieces

This product uses the name of Elements of Design and it is also known as Kingston Brass. It has lots and lots and lots and lots of parts and pieces to the faucets-8 inch spread for a vanity. The parts are hard to fit in and if a plumber had to come and take this out for any issues; the labor would cost a lot of money.
