Get support

I have used pushups as main exercise in my regiment for 45 years. Used to have a pair like this 25 years ago. I gave them to a friend to help him get himself in shape. Then I could not find anythind like them till now. Very happy with these!!!

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I like it has two height settings. I will use it in the yard to help me getting up from keeling position.

Prefer 9inch to 11inch: 11inch has better foam, but 9inch removes some natural pushup weight. I like these pushup bar handles: At first, I chose the 11inch bars because of the greater height and, although they worked, I felt like they removed some of the approximately 70% body weight that one lifts when doing pushups because of their height. I then exchanged them for the 9inch bars which are 2 inches lower and, I feel, still allow one to lift more of one’s body weight than the others. I do find, however, that the foam handgrips on the bars are better on the 11inch bars, unless I had a less quality product, but that is somewhat ok; they are better than foam pullup bar grips, if that reference makes sense. I can also do dips in between them, finding that I need to lift my whole body off the floor, as if I am sitting between the bars without my butt touching the floor, to do them, which is strengthening and effective. Sometimes, they move while exercising. overall, I feel the 9inch bars are better for pushup form, as they are high enough where one can go very far down on a pushup (and not touch the floor with one’s chest), but not too high where it greatly reduces the weight being lifted. The foam on the 11inch was better for me though, but not enough for me to return the 9inch bars. I recommend these over 6inch bars. This is a great product that I recommend; I prefer doing pushups on these than on the floor, because it is more comfortable on the wrist, and I can go much lower and do much harder pushups and dips on these handlebars than on the floor.

Great product and great service

I ordered the JFIT Pro Push Up Bar with an other than normal purpose. As a senior citizen I find it hard sometimes to get up and off the ground after needing to assume that position (knees or prone). I had an old set of push up bars and if found they helped but were a little short of the optimum height for this purpose. When I saw the JIFIT 9” version I thought that would be a better height and it was. For me they are perfect at assisting me in the process of returning to standing. When I received the set for some reason one of the 4 screws lacked thread and was useless for assembly. I contacted the seller and in short order they sent a replacement screw. The set is lightweight and sturdy I am sure they are excellent for their intended purpose. I am totally satisfied with this product and I have nothing but praise for the prompt attention shown me by their customer service department.

Grips should be longer

The grips, while comfortable, should be longer to match these longer stands. They're sturdy, look good. I use them as an elderly person to help me get off the ground when gardening, etc

Press and dip with ease!

They work as they should, really well padded grips, I can see some people say the feet are not fitted properly and yes they're not completely aligned to face the bottom BUT they do rotate, just requires a bit of force as they're very tight.

review for push up bar

Great product, easy to use and assemble. Great for outdoors, indoors; you can do a variety of exercises with these bars, from mid-level to high-level calisthenics movements. This equipment is very sturdy, safe, made from metal can handle extreme amounts of weights such as my self 178 - 185 pounds and possibly even more. The negatives are very minuscule but need to be mention. From time to time the screws on the bars become loose and constantly need fixing, no matter how hard you screw it back it always finds a way to become loose from time to time, so be careful. Even with the loose screws, it is safe to practice some movements but be cautious. One more thing don't get the bars wet as the leather handle made for gripping tends to be slippery and move positions, other than that this is a great product, very light easy to carry around, and takes little space in your place of comfort. 9/10 score

Happy teenager son!!!

My 17yr.old son asked to get this product and he couldn't be happier. He uses it daily. It is very sturdy and quality is great. He got on Christmas day Dec.25, 2020 and using it everyday since.
