Holes in seams
These are essential when working with wood burning tools, but the quality is questionable. One of the seams on the fingers started coming apart after one use.

Heat resistant tips
I’m not a stylist- instead I was using these for sewing. When I’m ironing seams open and creases in place my fingers get uncomfortably close to the top of my steam iron. I’ve gotten my fingers more than once with the steam. I’ve tried a few solutions including full steam gloves. Nothing was giving me both good protection AND decent dexterity. These tips did the job! Fit was good- not to tight/loose and just the right length! You can’t say touch the bottom of the iron and hold your fingers there, but they have enough heat resistance for quick steam bursts and allow me to hold small quilting and sewing project seams open for pressing now.

Blocks most heat and fights fatigue
This was purchased for use of a wood burner. It doesn't block all of the heat but, it wasn't designed for that. However, they do act as a type of compression and helped reduced the fatigue and stiffness in my fingers and allowed me to work longer while wearing them.

Very happy... just what I was looking for! :)
I was looking for something to shield me from the heat of my pyrography pen without having to use a bulky glove. This product is the bees knees!! Perfect!! The fit is snug (s/m) but I'm breaking them in quickly and the material is form fitting to the creases of my fingers as you can see in one of my photos! My ring size is a 7 first finger, 8 middle and thumb is an 11. I don't know how I lived without these protectors all these years. I purchased the Burnmaster "Eagle" from Amazon a couple of years ago and could really feel it's power and intensity so this little product was a necessity. If you're looking for a flexible bit of protection for your digits, these are great! The stitching looks a little sketchy but I love them enough to mend them if needed. Price was reasonable too since I use them on the daily. I plan to purchase a back up set! Get these!

Handles moderate heat not high heat without extra protection
I appreciate the ease of putting these little finger tips on and off but I find using them without an additional heat glove will result in burns and discomfort. They are good but not great when using an iron over 400 degrees. I would highly recommend getting a thin heat glove and adding these extra finger protecters. Sizing is accurate.
