This can opener is unique and cool

This can opener is unique and cool. It opens the cans by cutting them around the side on the top, pretty nice once you figure out how it works. Much better than your regular can openers.

Great can opener, the only one I use

It's a can opener, but it does it so much better than the competition. Works the first time, every time. Cans are opened without causing sharp edges. You can easily lift the can up with the edge of your fingernail. If you don't use the everything in the can, for example, with tomato paste, you pop the top back on and it reseals the can for later use. Has a lifetime warranty. It's they one one I ever use.

Almost a 5 stay but....

The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is that after it's cut the can open, because of the way it cuts, you need to take a knife or a fork to pop the top of the can off because it stays stick. Otherwise, this thing is great. It did take me a minute or so to figure out how to use it because it is a bit different, and I thought it was a lemon until I realize the above mentioned "cut lid stays stuck a lot" issue.

Very easy to use. Cumbersome at first but once learned, you're set

Great product, good quality. Once you learn how to use it, it is a snap. Not hard at all and you don't have to worry about any metal shards that we all worry about, I know you do worry about it, so do I lol. Have fun using it!

Failed quickly, unless at 10 months

Great at first, sometimes v. hard to use. Began failing at 6 mon, now @ 10 mon is useless

Once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to use.

Once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to use. It's fun to hand the thing to someone who has never use this type asking "Have you ever used a can opener?". Then watch them struggle. They are amazed.

Magical

It seems like it shouldn’t work, but it does and it does it beautifully! Cans are opened perfectly without sharp edges. Couldn’t be happier

The best can opener I have ever had

Was a bit worried at first as it doesn’t have the normal two handles of traditional models, but it works really well leaves no sharp edges and you can use the lid to seal off the can again, about as good as a can opener will ever get

Made In China!

I'm not saying it's not good quality however I was shocked to find that a supposedly top end utensil from a world famous German brand was made in China, Like so many I am making a conscious effort to stop supporting those countries who are not against the appalling events currently unfolding in the Ukraine. Also, as an American market model you cannot register for the lifetime guarantee in the UK.
