High Quality Filter Great Customer Service
i-Spring family of filters let you customize filtration for your specific requirements. The FB15 sediment filter is easy to replace on the blue i-Spring housing. The FB15 easily had 40k gallons filtered through it and was in need of a change ( excessive dirt from a water main break...), but there was virtually no pressure drop measured by a gauge that I had installecd on the outlet side of the filter housing. Customer service is great at i-Spring -- i spoke to Nick about a question concerning the replacement filter I purchased from Amazon, and he was quick to help. He like the rest of the i- Spring tech staff have deep priduct knowledge and also provide good advice in choosing filters and tips on servicing the filters and housing. Nice to be able to speak to real people based in US on the phone.

Not for me
I install this filter and 6 weeks later noticed low water supply pressure. No big deal change filter Right. When I removed this filter I noticed the top sealing hole indentation was offset or oval shaped. After further inspection i found the filter was miss cut. Tho top and bottom were not at 90 degrees angles to each other, this caused the filter to tilt in the housing allowing a small portion on unfiltered water to pass through. Not a problem because I have a carbon block filter but might be why i had low water pressure. I’m going back to 3M filters with higher quality control.

Amazing for our needs!
I loved the ease of installing, cost, and quality of this product. It meets our needs- we dont drink the water near seneca lake with this filter setup, but it is amazing at removing crap from the water before it clogs our lines. Additionally, the water actually makes you feel clean after a shower now. BIG INPROVEMENT! I didn’t rate the flavor as we dont drink the water - sadly the farms nearby use far too many pesticides and fertilizers. This product is great!

Works Great!!
I put in a 2 canister filtration system and this is the first filter in that system. It amazes me that even on “city water” this filters out so much. I am grossed out every time I change it. I have a very active family of 4. And I am in the habit of changing this filter every 3 to 6 months. Update.... I changed the filters after 3 months and am still grossed out by how much we were ingesting before we put the filters in. I had to take a picture of the old vs new filters.

One excellent Filter
I purchased the Ispring Whole House filtration system over a year ago. These filtes are excellent and really filter out the crap in our water here in Georgia. The one filter I change approx every 1.5 years as it goes for 36K+ gallons of water, while I change the pre-filter every 4 months. When I pull out the pre-filter it is orange as we have red clay here in Atlanta! I love this system and the filters really do their job! Will continue to purchase these filters as needed.

Great first stage filter for iSpring devices
Made by iSpring for their filters so it’s a perfect fit for my dual stage house filter. This is the first stage filter and cleans my city water unbelievably. After 5 months the filter is a deep rust color. The second stage filter hardly looks dirty and probably can go a couple months more before changing it. Night and day what my city water looks like after installing this filter in my house. I sense no loss of water pressure and water looks very clean.
