Great for sewing

I had to order two of these to get one that was smooth enough for using on fabric without snagging it. It's coming in very handy though & it's lightweight, which is a plus for me. The numbers & markings are large & easy to read.

Not Aluminum

First off, the item I received is STEEL, not aluminum as advertised. The product label clearly says it is steel so I'm not sure how this mistake happened. As for the product itself, the coating over the steel is inferior and has ripples and checkering in it which will make it hard to read and will lead to flaking and peeling (as learned from past experience).
