Direct replacement for 128LD

The trimmer head on my 8 year old Husqvarna 128LD cracked on me and needed to be replaced. I went with this product versus a cheaper knockoff due. Spend the extra $$$ and save yourself a headache. This is a direct replacement and was easy to install. I watched a youtube video on the process for the visual tutorial first so I could see exactly what I was doing. Took 5 minutes to install if that. Works great! feeds line out as it should and I'm very happy with the product.

OEM Part

I saw some reviewers saying they did not receive the OEM part. They said it was not in the right packaging and didn't look correct. If that happens to you send it back. Here are the pictures of the item I received today. Slacker tip: If the only reason you're replacing it is because the plastic housing on the head broke, you can leave the base in place and not mess with taking that apart. Makes the repair super fast, plus you get to use the pre-wound string in there :-) I think they sell just replacement heads. But I wanted this, that way if the base goes bad, I already have it in hand.

Perfect fit for Troy Bilt string trimmer

I was pleasantly surprised that it bolted right on without needing any adapters. The trimmer head is okay, I don't really like the amount of line it dispenses. Seems to always be too long or too short. But at the price point, it is just fine and appears to be compatible with many brands.

fit on my Greenworks trimmer with no adaptor needed

real easy to get on my greenworks trimmer. just unscrewed the original (counterclock wise to get off) and screwed this one on. reloading it is easy too. I hope the brand name means that it is built reasonably well, it's a good brand.

Works for Husqvarna 128LD

My previous head unit essentially disintegrated and here we are. Direct replacement and seems to work very well as I had some weed eating to do right away. Not badly priced for a head replacement that is OEM and already wound.

Not as described

The T25 Tap Trimmer Head that is shown in the description isn't the one that I got. The one that I got isn't made by Husqvarna, it's a knock-off with a different type of line. I'm not happy but it's not worth returning.

Super quick delivery,it comes with 3 different attaching bolts for different types of trimmers,i fitted the right bolt into place on the head and fits perfect on my Husqvarna 124c,on top of that it was a great price big thumbs up..

Perfect Fit!

Purchased this for my Husky 135 and it's actually better than the original one that came on it. Install was easy. Quality is excellent. Highly recommend. It fits many different models.
