Works great, perfect fit

So far, so good! I have a 55" table that we purchased a few years ago but it didn't come with the bowl or accessories to run the gas. I've been using a large commercial stainless steel salad bowl and wood. The bowl didn't fit exactly though and it was cumbersome. I've had this in my cart for a whole, but I wasn't sure if it would fit our table. I was also having a hard time justifying the price of this item but I finally caved and purchased. At the moment I regret not getting it sooner. It fits our table perfect! I hooked the gas tank up, checked everything and it lit right up. The hose is a little long so I'll need to be careful with that, but otherwise I'm happy. I'll pick up some glass to fill it and will update if anything changes! Update May 2: We've used the pit twice, and it no longer ignites itself. I'm able to get it started by turning everything on, switching to ignite, and using a candle lighter to light the ring. It isn't a huge deal, but it is a minor inconvenience. Update May 19: The burner lights itself again. I'm not sure why it sometimes does and sometimes doesn't. Update August 6: Everything is going swimmingly. I have to turn the gas on, turn the burner on, and use a lighter to light the fire. I have no idea why this is. The igniter appears to be fine, clicks over but doesn't light. As long as I can continue this "hack" it's fine though. We've enjoyed many fires this summer.

This product is exactly as described and was super easy to install. Just replaced the whole old unit and put this one in its place and it works perfectly. Only problem i had was that it took 2 weeks more to ship that its original shipment date. Other than that it was great

Bought this to replace an old fire pit inside of a table, this product arrived in a box all assembled. All I had to do was take it out of the box, place in the table, hook up to propane and it was in action! Very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Their design has a weak link called the thermocoupler

Bought 2 and returned 1 so far. The thermocoupler, which is required for the controller to work properly is extremely fragile and broke on both I purchased. So far, they have not rectified to issue. Sent me a replacement under manufacturer warranty but it was not what was on the unit that broke (X2) in the exact same spot. The replacement is at least 75% shorter and we would have to redesign our controller placement to make it work.

Everything you need is included and the end product is great and looks great! Im not sure about those bad reviews, maybe they ordered the wrong version.
