Quality chair!!
We are so happy with our chairs for the porch. The are excellent quality and so comfortable and nice and wide! We live in a very windy area and they will definitely not blow around in the porch. We got the red color and love it, it is a country red, not fire engine red. They look dynamite with our grey siding! Very happy!

Great chairs, very well made!
These chairs are very well made and easy to put together. They are solid, heavy and durable. While made from recycled materials they do look like real wood. It took me about 20 minutes to put one together by myself 40 min. total,) and I have arthritis/hand issues. 10 screws total that feed into metal counterparts so they screwed in easily using the Allen wrench that's included. Love the color. Very comfortable. I'm glad I paid a little more for quality and I love that they are made in the USA.

Great chair and great customer support from manufacturer
I love these chairs. I almost returned them, but am so glad I didn't! This manufacturer provides GREAT customer support. Here's what happened. I ordered two of the white Lehigh chairs. They arrived two days apart. From the condition of the first shipping carton, it had been previously opened, poorly resealed and returned. It should not have been sent to another customer, because the top of one of the arms was very loose and wobbly. When the second box arrived, the opposite arm in that box was somewhat loose, but not as bad as the first one. I contacted the manufacturer and spoke with a live person right away who was pleasant and gave me clear guidance. As requested, I emailed her photos of both of the defective chair arms (although the defect wasn't visible) and a screenshot of my Amazon invoice. When customer service received my photos, they shipped me a complete set of new arms for both chairs. I was so happy to learn that I did not have to return the old arms and could discard them. Processing and delivery was fast, although not Prime fast. I'm an elderly female and put both chairs together in about 30 minutes each. I used the picture on the blue instruction sheet as a guide for laying out the pieces on my floor and followed the instructions, including not doing a final tightening on the screws until all pieces were assembled. I used the hex key tool that was included with the chairs, and it worked great. I also used a plier wrench for a little extra leverage on tightening everything once it was assembled and a box cutter for getting into those heavy-duty stapled boxes. The chairs are a little heavy but not so much that I can't manage them. They're sturdy and comfortable and look beautiful with the green and white color scheme on my deck. I'm so glad I didn't return them.

MADE IN THE USA / GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE : Decided to get rid of crusty looking aluminum lawn furniture this year. Ordered thru Amazon because of the 0 interest for 18 months payment!! 2 Garden chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, Side table, Backless bench and a Garden bench. The color of all the pieces is nantucket blue, the look and the feel of the pieces looks / feel real. Reached out to the other manufacturers for sample of colors, never heard back. The young lady at HARDWOODS was pleasant and helpful the both times I contacted them ( She should get a 10% commission from the sale, about $200, because of her I finally decided to go with HIGHWOOD). With the right tools (cordless drill,Hex Head Allen Wrench Drill Bit and grandkids) the builds went well and pieces fitted together well. Looking forward for years to come family and friends enjoying the cool fall and winter nights in SFLA while sitting on these comfortable /sturdy/well made pieces of furniture. Thank you HIGHWOOD!! Thank you AMAZON for selling quality products.

Too small
This is a beautifully constructed product with strange sizing. Seat is 18” deep by 22 wide. No standard size cushions fit. 18” deep is too little for a lounging chair. We would not have ordered if the dimensions had been included in the Amazon listing.

A quick wash in the spring and they are like new.
This product will last a life time. Very similar to Polywood in price and quality. I buy items on sale and if they are not the right colour I spray paint. Have had some chairs painted for 5 years and left outdoors all year round. A quick wash in the spring and they are like new.

Big Sturdy Chair
I've been using these chairs for two years, and left them uncovered n the snow for two winters. They haven't aged a day. They are big enough for me and my husband, both being on the plus-size spectrum. I'm really happy with these chairs.

Comfortable for large people and does not fade
When you put it together, if a screw doesn't line up easily, reposition the chair on its side or back and it will slide in.
