Keeps the Tea Warm!
This replacement insulated tumbler was exactly what I wanted it to be. The previous one I had was no longer keeping my tea warm for more than 30 minutes and it must have been a broken vacuum due to a minute dent in the base. This kept tea warm for 4 hours today, so I am pleased with the purchase. and would highly recommend this product, and this seller.

Best travel mug!
I can’t stand luke warm or cold coffee. I drink my coffee from a travel mug all the time, even when I’m not on the go! I have a bunch of different tumblers, and I’m very particular. My favorite are the JOEmo mugs from Highwave. First it keeps it hot for a long time, right down to the last drop. It’s easy to drink from. I don’t see why the Contigo mugs are so popular. How do you drink hot coffee out of a tiny hole? This has a 360° top that you can “sip“ from to make sure your coffee is not too hot. I prefer the smaller version, but this one’s a steal at this price. This one is too tall to fit under most coffee machines, like a Keurig. The top comes apart for cleaning, but as other reviews point out, it comes apart all the time when using it. I’ve ordered a new top from the company and it does the same thing. Even with this annoyance, I still prefer it, but dropped my rating by one star. Order the stainless steel. I have the black one and it hasn’t chipped so far, but one of my other JOEmo mugs came in a color and it’s all chipped up.

You'll never want another brand
I had a Teavana mug like this of course it's old and needed replacement. I found this and rejoiced. I got this one and their TeamoXL...omg they do work. I boiled a kettle and filled all three. The water measure 180f to start at 930 am. At 230 the old Teavana mug was cold to 77f but the Highwave mugs were still hot. At 8pm I measured the still hot water at 120f in both mugs. I used one to take tea to a class, I made the tea two hours before class and in class had to leave it out open for 5 minutes before I could drink it. If you need to keep a drink hot this is the mug you need. The 360 drink lid is great as I never have to worry if I grabbed the mug right or turn it to drink. Seal is tight and unless overfilled there is zero spillover or leaking.

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered this tumbler to replace a trusted tumbler that I had from TEAVANA! I was able to use it one time, the top just literally fell apart on the second use. I went to the Amazon site to start replacement/return process and opted for a replacement, was told to keep original item and that replacement would be sent. I was very excited when I received the replacement tumbler but this was short lived as I was not even able to remove the whole tumbler out of the box because the top was already broken! I did not bother taking the bottom portion out as the lid was the problem! The same company sales another tumbler that is much more expensive but I am torn as to should I take a chance on it! Being more expensive doesn’t always mean that it is of better quality! If a company care all of the products should be of sound quality! I would not recommend this product or company to anyone! Something going wrong with the first tumbler is understandable, but receiving the replacement broken right out of the box is totally inexcusable! I hate that Amazon requires even one star before allowing reviews to be submitted, otherwise I would not have given any for this product!

Works, so it is worth the money.
Ordered this to replace the one that I had from Teavana. While it is missing the tea infuser, that is the only thing that separates this tumbler from that one, oh yeah, and the price. Less than half the cost of the one it replaced. Keeps my beverage of the day hot (or cold) and very drinkable for a good six hours. I liked it well enough to order a second one and might order two more to keep in the car.

Great tumbler for Travel or home!
This is my favorite tumbler as you can drink from any side of top.Easy push button to open it while traveling. The only con I find is it is not completely leak proof unless you put the extra top on it to seal it. That makes it a - because you have to take that extra top with you at all times to be leak proof. But the push button opening and the drinking on any side makes up for the inconvenience of the extra top. I love this 17 %, hold just the right amount. I have also the 13% and the 20% tumblers all lids are interchangeable which is great!

Being made more cheaply!!
I had one of these tumblers for 5 years. Loved it. Kept coffee warm, cool enough on the outside to hold, sealed solidly, opened easily. After 5 years, I dropped it, and the top broke. I couldn’t get it to stay together, despite seeming to have all of the pieces. I had been using it so much, I replaced it with 2, different colors, and because one of them was marked at $7. Woohoo! Welll, the one that was marked down had a broken top when it arrived! The second one was (apparently) fine. I washed it and filled it with coffee, and behold: the top didn’t work. I was sooo aggravated. I had thrown away all of the original packaging, because “I just knew I wouldn’t need to return them.” Dumb. I spent a fair amount of time trying to fix those tops, and got so disgusted that I just threw them out!! (I know that was dumb; I could have returned them, but oh well!!

Love the mug.....but??
I really love this travel mug...this is my 3rd purchase. What I don’t understand is that it is advertised as a 17oz travel mug but the wrapper around the mug says 16oz.

this is to me the best bottle around. the top is fully openable to get cleaned well, and it holds the temperature desired. the any angle drinking is awesome. it fits in most spots well due to its sleek design.
