Both Attempts of Shipping Arrived Broken Twice

We ordered this for a good friend who recently lost her mother. First time it arrived with the wings broken, so returned and ask for another to be shipped. It arrived to her yesterday also broken. It's a very delicate piece and should have been wrapped in bubble wrap, and in a larger box with foam peanuts. As you can see from the photo, it comes in a piece of brittle Styrofoam. Had it been for our personal use it wouldn't matter, showing up broken twice as a sentimental gesture for someone in mourning, no good.
