Product is great. However
Product is great. However, the part number is incorrect. This is no longer the complete pac. It is the body only. I've been purchasing several of these over the last year. Every order until 10/5/16 included the face plates. However, my last order on 11/16 did not include the face plates.

Product is as-advertised/as-shown - previous older reviews are incorrect
Something is wrong with the versions of this that were sent to others that wrote reviews saying it isn't the complete kit. I ordered this kit and received the whole kit as pictured (although I really only needed the strike itself). The product I received was exactly as advertised and it replaced an identical strike that had failed. Installation was quick and simple, other than I had to verify the voltage from the controller as the wiring for the new strike was slightly different. It provided two different connections for two different voltages - I just needed to verify which we were using in out system, which was as simple as measuring the voltage on the wiring going to the old strike while activating the key fob that controlled the strike in our system.

Not as advertised!! Faceplate Only!
This product doesn't come with everything pictured!! It only had a faceplate!!! Dont believe the answers in the Q&A that it comes with the whole kit. You will be returning just like me. You can get faceplace for $20 not $140.

This entire product entry is being mishandled. Needs to be reviewed.
I only received the faceplate and not the locking mechanism. I will be returning for a refund. In the Q&A it says it's the complete kit. The other review says it's just the locking mechanism and not the face plate. Image is misleading and should emphasize that it's only the face plate.

Different product each time you order
First order came as advertised with 2 face plates, mounting plates and more. Second order came with only one faceplate and no mounting plates. Not acceptable.
