works great for me.

I'm VERY new to painting, so it's safe for me to say this works great for beginners. I use it to prime canvases and also to create some background features which then cover with oils. again, not an expert, but I found it works well.

I always read reviews to help choose so this works great on pots and it dries quickly with a nice matte finish, not shiny at all. I’ll buy again????✌????

Good coverage, quick dry

I purchased this Gesso to paint over pages in a book for collage work. The paint is thin enough to spread easily, but thick enough to cover completely. This paint blacks-out the page underneath and allows you to do art work on top. It is sort of like chalkboard paint without the grit. It provides a flat black surface for your art.
