Love Love Love Love These Lights!
I ordered the 6 inch round 5000K Daylight lights and I am so happy with them!! First, they were very easy to install. They have the quick connect push/slide in electrical connectors on the wires already, so you just have to trim the sheaths on the power wires and done! What I love about these lights is that they are low profile both above and below. The canless design means they can sit is smaller places and the spring brackets hold them into place and flush against the ceiling/wall. These lights are bright! I went with the 5000K because I prefer the white light as opposed to the warm soft light and they don't let me down. I installed 4 lights in my master bedroom that I used to struggle to see in with just the light of my ceiling fan. I have a rather large room at about 500 sf and the light cast beautiful light to every corner. No more dark spots! The LEDs don't cast heat like traditional bulbs and the flush mount design and cover almost make them disappear on the ceiling. These are supposed to be 6 inches but they do run slightly large, so the handy cutting template included in every box make cutting the right size hole a breeze. I highly recommend them for any job and doer from DIYer to Pro. At about $100 for the 4 lights I saved myself about $1000 from the estimates that I got from several local electricians. Overall very pleased. I haven't had them for very long so can't comment on longevity, but will update the review if things change in the future!

Perfect hallway downlight
First recessed downlight I've put in my apartment, replaced the ugly old dual CFL lamp that came with the apartment. Quality of the light is decent for a hallway, stays focused on the immediate area, doesn't spill over and mess up the warm lighting I prefer for the living room. Pics show it at 1%, full brightness and off using a Wemo dimmer connected to Google Home. Perfect for what I need it for. Freed up a noticeable amount of headroom, feels less chlostraphobic now. Almost like a skylight when dimmed, creates an aesthetically pleasing effect. Only complaint is the snap in bracket on one side broke during install, had to use adhesive to keep it flush mounted. Most areas of the house do best with tunable white light sources, create that relaxing at home atmosphere when doing anything other than cleaning, but bright white is fine for the hall.

Great light, poor packaging
The light is nice, you can use it on a dimmer. The package did come in horrible shape making me think the product was a return or used item (when I had purchased new) , it is missing the template and the instructions. Luckily I had purchased four exact lights at my Local Home Depot so I had these already, but if I hadn’t it would have been a pain.

simple lighting
simple set up, strong spring loaded flaps that hold this up very well, very good light off these LED lights, not warm at all either. I believe they will be very efficient. Electrican I know loves using these!!

Simple quick replacement / installing recess light
I replaced identical light. Matching 5000K color in quick simple 5 minutes replacement. and all in one design make install very easy. Some recess lights have giant wirebox separately and inconvenient locking metal springs. Even after you fit it incorrect size hole make it install/replacement more than nessarily difficult. I have 12 of them and I will have more.

Nice, Bright light - Easy install - A+ quality
Replaced an older style hallway light with this LED light. I only had to turn off the power, remove the old fixture, cut a new hole with the provided template, wire in this new light (which was simple), and slide it up into place. EASY INSTALL. The springs that hold it on the ceiling are well made, which is expected from a Halo product. I bought a few others to replace other lights in my house as well.
