This is the perfect teddy bear!
This teddy is so soft, squishy and cuddly. Even it's head is soft. It's perfect for little arms and hands to hug and carry around. The quality is excellent. It arrived on time. I highly recommend this sweet teddy.

The PERFECT teddy bear! :)
This teddy bear is my absolute favorite and I recommend it to anyone because everyone needs a fluffy stuffed animal best friend for those rainy days :) I bought it for a cosplay but ended up loving him so much that I still snuggle and keep him close by all the time (His name is Orange!) I actually have 2 of these, I bought the other one a few years after the first because it's just so special to me :) The fur on the new one I bought is noticeably much softer but of course, the first one has gone through a lot but it's easy to clean and a little fabric softener would help, I'm sure. Also a plus, if you put wash them with anything scented, it'll really stay so it just makes the teddy smell very good for a long time! The shape of the bear is a little weird, he has a really big lower body but I think it's really cute and makes him/her special and lovable. The dangly limbs are also very nice as they can give you hugs too. I'm sure anyone would love this teddy bear, so please give this cutie a chance, he/she is oh so sweet! ^-^ GUND is also a really good company for durable and good quality bears so if you aren't seeing it with this bear, try another GUND bear and you won't regret it!

Exactly what I was looking for!
When my spouse was little, there was a fire in her home. She was a little girl and lost everything!! Over the years I’ve been doing my best to surprise her with her cherished toys and dolls that were lost in the fire. She CRIED! And fell to her knees when this item arrived. Thin limbs and fur mats when put in washer
I bought this for my son before he was born as his first teddy bear, when I first got it it was a great size, ended up being bigger than him which was perfect as I didn't want him to outgrow it too fast, it was soft and cute I especially like the ears but the bases of the limbs are really thin to the point I'm worried rough play in the future might tear them right off so we'll ll see how it goes other than that it's a good bear and both boys like it my baby is nine months old now and is starting to play with it I did wash it once because his brother got it dirty, washed in cold water and dried on low and the fur still matted really bad so watch out for that I guess other than that it's an alright bear and the kids still like it so honestly it deserves 3.5 stars but four will do.

Amazing Gift
This bear was an amazing gift. My wife's godfather LOVED this bear. He said it was the best gift he recieved while he was in the hospital. Definitely for an appropriate audience, but will bring joy to those who aren't easily offended. Highly recommend!!!

I think I may need one of my own ....
I purchased Pinchy for a child in our local Head Start program who had asked for a teddy bear for Christmas. I know the quality of the Gund line and, after perusing all the Gund bears that Amazon had to offer, I chose Pinchy for his "personality." His tousled fur, close-set eyes, and grin made me smile when I saw him online and, when he arrived two days later, it was love at first sight. (I have since been asked by co-workers where I got him, because they now want to order Pincys of their own.) Pinchy is a vintage-looking, lightweight bear with incredibly soft fur and enough beans in his bottom to sit up on his own. His body is softly stuffed and easily compressed, which makes it easy for little hands to grasp him and carry him around. He is an adorable bear destined to become someone's well-loved childhood companion.

Too small for therapeutic purposes but perfect in every other way
I miscalculated usable size: Although I knew the 17 inches included the length of the legs and tip of the ears, I thought 12 inches for the upper body would be big enough to hold/hug for self-soothing purposes (child or adult). But I miscalculated. Turns out the only usable "hugging" space is on the body, and the body (without head and legs) is only 6 - 6.5 inches long. So this doesn't give lots of room to hold the bear if the child is bigger (or for a teen or adult). It can still work for holding over the heart area, but I'll be looking for a 24" bear for more hugging room for therapeutic purposes to cover the heart and solar plexus. I still gave this bear 5 stars because the sizing error was mine, not the bear's fault ;-) Incredibly soft and sweet, innocent adorable bear, absolutely perfect in every other way. I've named her Patty.
