Flatter Abs
I absolutely love this ab roller, have purchase several over the years. This device will give your abdomen the stretch of it life. It uses your own body strength and no weights. Advise you do need to have some upper body strength.

Does what it's supposed to and costs me less than $10. Since I take it with me to the gym and on trips I take it apart regularly and no problems.

Terrific workout, comfortable handles, great value
Having heard about "abs wheels" for years, I'd tried simulating the result with an dumbell, and while I loved the burn I found it too rough on my hands to do regularly. Fast forward some years and girth after an auto accident. . .I was attracted to this GoFit model because of the padded handles, which are in fact quite comfortable. It's an incredibly effective workout, easily comparable to a real roman chair, and as adaptable to one's increasing abilities. I find it convenient to leave mine in front of the television and find that I use it almost daily. Even my wife and 2 year old son have taken an interest. . . We have a carpet on the floor, which I'd recommend if you're doing this exercise from a kneeling position. I can see where the plastic wheel might be a problem on a hard floor (use a towel or pad for knees!), but otherwise would take this over any of the other models offered. For the money it's a terrific value. Unfotunately . . . I guess I did too much of a good thing. After using regularly from a kneeling position, I developed 'preacher's knee', as distinct from 'housemaids knee', a.k.a. bursitis. I would like to believe that there is a proper technique that would avoid the problems I've had, but I don't know what it is. Be careful when using this !!!

Does what it's supposed to at a reasonable price.
Plastic construction obviously; however, feels solid enough when I use it. I am a 185 lb. man. Lightweight so it could theoretically travel with you if your suitcase is big enough. UPDATE: Some people seem to think these are junk. I have been using mine a lot - it is now Sept. 2013 and no problems. Consider this - I use this exclusively now - I do not use my 4 wheel ab roller with the rubber wheels and spring back action anymore. This is a case of simpler is BETTER. Your abs get more of a workout by NOT springing back and by your abs having to hold yourself straight - just like using free weights as opposed to machines. I am VERY SATISFIED with this product - so read the reviews of others carefully and with a grain of salt - they may not understand the genius of this thing IS its' light weight and simplicity.

The GoFit Exercise Wheel is cheaply constructed and feels pretty insubstantial when you handle it. However, for the price, it does what it's supposed to do. I have been using mine every day for a month and it hasn't given out on me yet, and it works my abs about 10 times harder than crunches. Also, it has rubber on the wheels so that it won't slip on hard surfaces, which is nice. I expect it to break within 6 months, but when it does I'll probably get another one.

Its ok
Again i keep seeing bad reviews for this product. People keep complaining about something like this " it doesnt work, it broke appart" i mean this ab wheel does work if you use it how ur supposed to. And of course dont let your whole weight on it, you will break it if you do so. Anyways it feels the burn on my abs and i seen results in just one week using it every day. Well packed and shipped regularly.

Not so good
Good: - Affordable. - Padded handles are great. They provide a nice grip. - The wheel if very light. - It's small and easy to store. Bad: - Assembly was not so easy... it was a lot of strenght involved in order to make pieces fit "all the way". - I don't like that the wheel is plastic. - What is really missing is that this model does not have a spring which will help you go back to original position. You need to use your own muscles to get back, and this puts much strain on the back. - Wheel seems not to be very well "greased", so you need to put much strenght in order to push/pull yourself. My husband and me used it few times, but found that instead of good workout, we end up with back pains... so we are not using it any more. Now I'm sorry that I choose this one... I wish I went for one of better quality excercise wheels.

works
This works like most exercise wheels. The wheels, it has two, are heavy plastic and work together as one wheel. The metal bar that goes through the wheel has foam handle "grips." The only issue with my wheel is that the metal bar is too long, allowing the wheels to wobble, and therefore having just the bar showing between the foam grips and the wheel.

Stronger than it looks
I'm a big dude (265lb bodybuilder) and I was afraid I'd crush this thing during the first workout. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it works and how smooth the rolling motion is.

It works and is well made enough, but there were no instructions and/or suggestions for use. Expected more for my money! NB bought this years ago and only just got round to reviewing it!!!

Shoddy Item
The center bar is about six inches longer than shown in the picture, so the wheels don't hold together properly. It work's but only barely just, and it feels a little bit unsafe and I've got to stop my workout to adjust the wheel positioning every few min. I intend to use some hockey tape to reinforce the handle, but I shouldn't have to be fixing a brand new item. Good workout though, ab wheels are a sound concept for sure, this one is just sub-par.

Excelente aparato de ejercicio
Excelente aparato para trabajar espalda y abdomen. No hace mucho ruido al usarse, es ligero y es muy fácil de utilizar.
